I contacted Progressive Eyecare in hopes of getting my lenses fitted to new Marchon Airlock frames. None of the Optometrists I called had the plastic bushings needed and Marchon is out of stock until March 2018. However, Meghan took the time to call around and located them at another Optometrist’s office. This sets a new standard for customer service. I am sincerely grateful for her efforts and will be using Progressive for all my future eyeglass needs. Thank you Meghan! Thank you Progressive Eyecare!

This is absolutely the office to go for all of your eyecare needs! Kind, professional and caring staff and doctors. The initial eye exam by Kate Lopez and also the brief exam following adding the new contact lenses to my eyes can not be beat. They went above and beyond the scope of normal every day business to help me out in many ways. I had a less than satisfactory experience at a nearby competitor a few years ago and I could not have asked for a better experience this time. Dr. Katherine Lopez, and her staff went above and beyond to take care of me as a person, not just as a patient. They also have a large and upbeat selection of glasses and the office is very sleek and classy. I'm moving to Florida next month and I'm only disappointed that I will be unable to return to their office in the future.

As a patient with keratoconus, I was told years ago by a world-renowned eye doctor at Willis Eye Hospital that I would never be able to see as clearly with glasses as I could with soft permeable contacts. However, Dr. Bertwhistle proved her wrong as my new glasses are astounding and my vision is clear as if I were wearing contacts. Well done A+
