Our family of 4 including two young children love going to Dr. Butz. He is thorough and patient. He has a genuine goal of getting you to see as clearly as possible. He doesn’t rush through appointments and takes time to answer questions. The staff here is wonderful as well! Patient and helpful. Everyone was so good to our children, too. I would highly recommend this office!

From the minute I walked in as a new patient, I felt welcome and comfortable. The receptionist and staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the process, and I did not even have to wait. Dr. Russell talked through every portion of the exam and explained the purpose of each test. I actually learned more at this appointment than I had at any other check-up in the past. Additionally, no one tried to sell me on my very minor correction; the options were presented with no pressure. Honest, friendly service from a very attentive and expert team. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

This was my first time visiting this eye doctors office. I went to a place that I was unhappy with prior, and switched to this office and it was great. They gave me the option if I wanted additional eye tests that my insurance did not cover and they did not try to push anything extra. The doctor took his time and did not rush and explained everything that the additional testing did and took his time with the eye exam. The office was clean and looked professional. The entire staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful and they even gave me a rebate for my contacts! I would recommend them. Great office, very happy with everything, and I will be going back again.
