I had my LASIK procedure here in February 2019 and I am seeing 20/15 now in July 2019. The staff are all great and the doctors are all very knowledgeable. They use the Contoura system and the other two places I went didn't have it. Also, they they partner with care credit so you can get setup for a 2 year payment plan with 0% interest. As someone who wore glasses most of his life, I would highly recommend LASIK and Price Vision Group is the place to get it.

Since the first appointment Dr. Price and Staff where excellent and answered all of my questions preparing for the surgery. I can't say it was a pleasurable experience while under the laser and a few hours after but I can say that everyone was very compassionate and really cared. I received a phone call from Dr. Price that night to check in with me. I just got back from my follow up appointment and he says I am at 20/15 vision. I am totally shocked. Thank you sir for your profession and thank you for being down to earth and straight to the point. I would recommend you to anyone that ask! Go to Price vision group. Great people, Great place!!!

Such a great experience. Dr. Price came highly recommended by other physicians themselves. Very thorough and best technology to get best results. The cost is a bit more than you would pay at one of the chains, but the care was premium and I am seeing 20/12.5!! It was so worth it!

I went to Dr. Price 10 years ago for LASIK. During my exam they discovered that my previous eye doctor had prescribed the wrong glasses for me. Dr. Price’s staff did an excellent job and explained each step of the exam as we went along. Since my LASIK procedure I have seen 20 15 and I am extremely happy. My only regret is that I should have done it sooner!

Dr. Feng is really nice but the staff is something different. I had great insurance that was willing to pay for my surgery but the excuse was it takes to long to receive payment so they wanted me to pay upfront. Now I'm a student and have a Medicaid and the staff told me insurance wouldnt pay and Medicaid explained to me they are using the wrong code. Silly, got approval for one part of surgery but didnt get approved for the other part, interesting right. Went twice to see them, waste of time and staff is weird when it comes to brown skin individual. Oh, the advice I was given was to do nothing to my eye, wait until i needed an implant. Yeah good advice to give to a single mother with a six year old child.

She gave me all the information without being pushy. Many of the Lasik centers that I spoke with had a used car salesman feel to them. Price was different. Everyone that I came in contact with was very competent and professional. I had my surgery done with Dr. Price and it has turned out better than I ever expected. I was in shock at how well I could see even immediately after the surgery. My only regret is that I didn't see Dr. Price for my post surgical follow up so that I could thank him in person. I had a form of cataract surgery a year and a half ago that implanted new lenses in my eyes so I could read etc. without glasses. Almost a year to the day I experienced a detached retina which for you that don't know the severity of that condition, please look it up. I had a very painful repair surgery down the street that has left my left eye everything but useless and have experienced significant floaters in my right eye that make it difficult to see as well. My first experience after this surgery was with the office lady who insisted I pay another $150 because my exams were up for the first surgery. Then, she had never heard of anyone having this problem. Go to their contract and it specifically states that this surgery can cause exactly what I believe it did. At another very special appointment after the $150 one I met with Dr. Price . After examining me he sat on his little stool and made the suggestion to me " You may want to consider wearing a patch over left eye so it didn't interfere with your right eye." ........ to which he turned his chair away from me and just started typing into his computer and then I was unceremoniously escorted out of the exam room and charged another exam fee. I was charged in three visits $320 for them to examine what I believe their surgery caused. That is after paying him close to $10,000.00 for the initial surgery that took less than 15 minutes and then I spent another $3,000 for the "repair" and months of difficult recovery. All for him to tell me I should consider wearing an eye patch.. Stay away from Price Vision! This surgery is NOT a safe surgery and they are only nice people when things are going well. If I hadn't signed their agreement I would file a malpractice claim against him and the procedure. I still may in fact.

Dr. Price is a great doctor but his office is run horribly. I called to see if he was running on time. I understand that emergencies happen. This is why I called. I have to pay for a driver to bring me to my appointments and have to pay extra if he is running late. His staff refused to tell me and insisted that I arrive on time. Come to find out, he was running THREE hours late. Why do doctors think that their time is more valuable than mine. If I arrived three hours late, I would be charged for a no show and told to reschedule. When are doctors going to have to live by the same rules.

Rude staff and poor communication. In addition to poor service, the doctor lost suction on my eyeball multiple times. All of which I could feel throughout the surgery. Left 3 extremely large blood spots on my left eye that lasted for over a month. Most could barely look me in the eye. In a sales profession this proved rather difficult to deal with. Don't expect concern if you should go through the same experience.

Dr. Price put an intact in my left eye and charged me out of pocket because of course insurance did not pay for them then. Had the surgery and the next day when I went back to have my Eye checked he proceeds to tell me that he was only able to get one intact in and couldn't get the other one in. He said my option was for him to go in again and see if he could get the other sick de put in. Then he proceeded to tell me that he was going to charge me the same amount of money again out of pocket. So since that time I have walked around here with one intact with no contact to correct vision because it's so bad. Dr. Price did not take care of his mistake of the surgery. I do not care for them or him. I would never go back there

Exactly 1 week ago I had LASIK done by Dr. Price. less than 24 hours later I was seeing 20/15 in my right eye and 20/20 in my left! I was shocked at how quickly the recovery was. Before the procedure I was pretty nervous, however the staff helping with the procedure helped me through the whole thing. One technician told me everything that was happening or going to happen which helped my nerves a lot! The Price Vision Group staff is very comprehensive during all of my examinations, they answered all of my questions before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend anyone interested in LASIK to get it done by Dr. Price!

I had a concern on the Saturday after my cataract surgery and called their after hours service phone number. Within 3 minutes after calling the service number, Dr. Kelly returned my call. I think that is outstanding! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lasik is not all that is done at Price Vision Group. Dr. Price is one of the leading-edge surgeons in his field in the world. (No, I'm not exaggerating. Doctors from many countries go to the center to watch procedures such as cornea transplants.) I had cornea transplants in both eyes and instead of the 1 year recovery period such a procedure used to entail, my vision was better than it had been in years in a matter of HOURS -- as soon as the various drops cleared out of my eyes post surgery. I have felt very fortunate indeed to live in the midwest and to have a local optometrist willing to keep up on the latest information out there, pointing me in the direction of Dr. Price's facility in Indianapolis. Your sight -- no matter how simple or complex a procedure you may need -- could not be in better hands.

I am SO happy that I decided to get my LASIK surgery with them. I had it done in September of 2016. The staff and Dr. Price were very professional. I hated needing to wear contacts and glasses all the time in order to go about life normally. Now I am seeing better than 20/15 vision with no assistance from any corrective lenses of any kind! At the beginning I would sometimes wake up with dry eyes, but that has improved over time. I chose to go with the newest technology, which was obviously the most expensive option. However, if there was any chance that I would be happier with the results, I was going to choose that option. The procedure was quick and they talked through the whole thing. Although I dislike procedures, they made it relatively comfortable. Afterwards, I did feel quite a bit of discomfort when I got home after the procedure, which Dr. Price told me is normal. After I took the sleeping pills, I was able to fall asleep and the pain was gone when I woke up a few hours later. My eyes had broken blood vessels for about a month after the procedure due to the use of suction cups on my eyes, but there was no pain. I simply had to take eyedrops to keep my eyes sterilized and lubricated. I highly recommend Price Vision Group and his office!

They did a great job of reassuring me and explaining everything that was going to happen. The surgery was so quick I couldn’t believe how little time it took. It’s been a month and my vision and night time driving is amazing. Couldn’t be more happy with my results!!

My cornea was severely damaged and I had to have a cornea transplant. I was referred to Dr.Price by two of the best dr's in tn. Surgery was a piece of cake. Dr.Price is funominal. Hands down best Dr.in the country when it comes to corneal transplants. Super nice man to boot. When I go to my local eye dr's I have to tell them which eye I had the transplant in. I had LASIK at Price Vision Group about 10 years ago. Prior to my surgery, I had a "B" restriction on my driver's license, meaning I was not able to drive without my glasses. On the day following the surgery, I was seeing 20/15 in both eyes! Even better, 10 year later, I STILL see 20/15, and I haven't had to have a restriction on my license since! Dr. Price's staff is helpful and caring. They answered all my questions and allayed all my fears. I've recommended Price Vision to all of my family and friends. If you're in the market for LASIK surgery, it's my opinion that you simply can't get better care anywhere than you'll find at Price Vision Group.

Don't believe nothing. Run for the hills!!! Beware all Indiana residents. Statue of limitations is only 2 years. I myself was referred there was told they are the best in my state. Now, I have been living and having to deal with EXTRA problems and complications. I was scared to begin with because the procedure was not done in a hospital. Only the basement of the facility. I felt like I was on a jacked up episode of Botched. I am having so many problems after a procedure was scheduled to be performed on my right eye. They had my background. They had my history. They cut my right eye in a basement. Came back 30 minutes or so later, and realized that it had been too soon after my last heart attack. They stopped the procedure patched my eye up shipped me out the door then called me back three weeks later for medical sutures. Those sutures became very infected. I called back two weeks later in excruciating pain. Only to find out, that no one who had anything to do with my case was still employed. It is now four years later; my vision has done nothing but decline. The constant battle to find a medical professional to help me is beyond crazy. If you are referred by any professional to go to this facility. PLEASE RUN LIKE HELL!!!!! I wanted to rate this at -0 but that's impossible.

I went to Dr. Francis Price. I went from great difficulty seeing while driving and watching tv, reading, etc to no issues with these now. After cataract and corneal transplant surgery, I have essentially normal vision, which is amazing. Botox treatments addressed Blepharospasms, which was great. Highly recommended. Thanks to Dr. Price & team!

Dr Price and his staff were professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. I went in there expecting to need ICL surgery due to previous business telling me that I wasn't a lasik candidate due to my corneas being flat. Dr Price told me that they could do either procedure, and referenced studies to assuage my concerns about lasik(since I had previously been told it wouldn't work for me). On his advice, I decided to get the lasik, and now I can see 20/20...at about half the cost of the ICL surgery.

Dr. Price did my Contura Lasik Today. The man is very calm, explains what is going to happen, looks at you before and right after the procedure. This is TOP NOTCH professionalism. In addition, this is QUALITY patient care. I'm 41, female, -3.25, very slight astigmatism. This doctor KNOWS what he is doing. The team has been NOTHING but kind, courteous, every step of the way for me. This is your eyes. Trust the process, do what you are instructed to-do. Dr. Price and his team have "got this". If you are worried about the cost....read the above again...I would have paid whatever for good care for my sight. ;)

I went to the Price Vision Group after being referred by my ophthalmologist. It turned out I had a acanthamoeba in my left eye due to a local hotel hot tub. An Acanthamoeba is a microscopic, free-living amoeba (single-celled living organism), that can cause rare, but severe infections of the eye, skin, and central nervous system. The amoeba is found worldwide in the environment in water and soil. The doctors I saw were extremely personable and caring. I ended up having two corneal transplants (the first one my body rejected). Throughout the almost 2 year span dealing with this, I have nothing be good things to say for the doctors there. I was in terrible pain unlike I have ever had and they were very compassionate during the ordeal. Dr. Feng is amazing and would recommend him to anyone going through anything similar to this. The staff have been kind and helpful. I am looking forward to my cataract surgery coming up and still hope to gain eyesight back in that eye. Thank you!

My cornea was severely damaged and I had to have a cornea transplant. I was referred to Dr.Price by two of the best dr's in tn. Surgery was a piece of cake. Dr.Price is funominal. Hands down best Dr.in the country when it comes to corneal transplants. Super nice man to boot. When I go to my local eye dr's I have to tell them which eye I had the transplant in. Top shelf operation. Well worth the 7 hr.drive.

I had LASIK at Price Vision Group about 10 years ago. Prior to my surgery, I had a "B" restriction on my driver's license, meaning I was not able to drive without my glasses. On the day following the surgery, I was seeing 20/15 in both eyes! Even better, 10 year later, I STILL see 20/15, and I haven't had to have a restriction on my license since! Dr. Price's staff is helpful and caring. They answered all my questions and allayed all my fears. I've recommended Price Vision to all of my family and friends. If you're in the market for LASIK surgery, it's my opinion that you simply can't get better care anywhere than you'll find at Price Vision Group.
