Pathetic, trashy, rude and incompetent staff!!!!! They definitely have a MAJOR scheduling issue..... That NEVER gets fixed. Be prepared to spend several hours before being seen! Horrible and uncalled for!!!!

I just had an amazing check up the other day and looking at all the 1 star comments honestly shocks me. It makes me sad that none of those people made genuine comments that deserve a 1 star. Sure the staff may not be the most attentive to your standards all the time but this is life. Personally my experience was great. Dr. Li is one of the sweetest ladies I have ever met and I do not regret coming. From now on I know where to get my routine eye check ups in Anderson. If you're in Anderson looking around don't really listen to the other negative comments until you've actually went to see yourself.

Great visit at the office. I like how the Dr. Li was straight to the point and no time was wasted. You can't really find that a lot here around Anderson. If there were once place I had to pick to get my eye check up, it would be here because I know I'm going to get what I came here for. The staff was all really nice as well which is a plus.

I have been bringing my friend to this office for years, and they always have too many people scheduled, it takes at least an hour to even get called back to see the doctor. Then it takes another half hour or more to get done! The staff are rude when you ask what takes so long! I would not recommend this office if you can go elsewhere!

Tried to call to make an appointment was on hold for 5 minutes or more. I hung up and called another Doctor. Terrible customer service there. They really need to work on their folks answering the phone.

Amazing service and great atmosphere! I recently just came for an eye checkup and both Dr. Li and Dr. Perez are on top of things. Given the location of the clinic things aren’t bound to be perfect but the way they’ve established themselves and carry themselves is truly admirable. Doctors are great when you see them but the office schedules you for 60-90 minutes before you'll get near a doctor. Plan on this office wasting a lot of your time (and time is either money or more valuable) so they can stack you up like cordwood with dozens of other people so the doctors can get rich and people who won't do their jobs get to keep them -- all at YOUR expense. You're better off driving an hour to an office that doesn't take patients for granted. This office will never again use me like a dog.

I have been seeing Dr. Li for several years, most recently this past week. Her staff works very hard to keep the office moving effectively, even in the face of a large demand from patients. They always treat us with care and professionalism, as does the doctor herself. I understand the perception of some that the office moves slowly at times: they often experience problems with support functions, especially computer software and staff turnover. But, in spite of these challenges, I appreciate that they do the best with what they have, to serve patients. I appreciate their care, and look forward to a long partnership with them, as they help me to navigate what promises to be a challenging future for me. Finally, I should note that they have saved my vision more than once, and for that I will be eternally grateful!

This place has zero communication and some of the rudest office staff. My husband was referred through our eye doctor here for a chalazion removal surgery. Her notes indicated at their office that they called this office and scheduled that. We get to this office, 10 minutes early, and are given paperwork to fill out 5 minutes after the appointment time. Once the paperwork was turned back in, it took them 30 minutes to type it into the computer. On the papers, he wrote exactly what he was there for, a surgery, and no one said anything to us. After sitting there for an hour, we were finally called back into an exam room, and the tech, who was more interested in filling in the boxes on the computer screen, said that this was just an exam, not the surgery that we had been told we were scheduled for. After waiting on the doctor, which we saw for literally 2 minutes, we were informed we'd have to schedule the surgery. Had this office even attempted to communicate with us to oh maybe, confirm the appointment, or even notice on the initial registration form that we thought we were there for a surgery, the mess could have been avoided. Instead, they didn't seem to care at all at the level of inconvenience that they had caused, by not communicating that this would be an initial consult. If we were told by our doctor, to expect a surgery from this place, and don't hear otherwise, then we assume that that's what we're still going there for. Would it kill you to pick up a phone and maybe confirm that, or tell us different so we don't have to take off work and be forced to wait around to be told otherwise?

I really don't know what people were thinking making those awful reviews. The staff reached out to me the other day asking for me to write my honest opinion of this place. I honestly never wrote out a review before but it makes me sad seeing a decent amount of these terrible reviews so I'd figured it was time to step up. I personally felt that both Dr. Li and Dr. Perez are very professional at what they do. As soon as I came into the clinic not only was I welcomed by one of the desk ladies, but Dr. Li got with me right away. That's not something you see at all the hospitals in Anderson and shows how on top of things the staff is here. Thank you guys for reaching out to me and I'm glad to share my thoughts!

GREAT first Office visit, eye exam and consult w/Dr. Perez. Dr. Perez was kind, personable and knowledgeable about my vision and test results. Also Liked the Office Staff - all were polite, helpful and efficient. Office location is also convenient, with ample parking close by. Happy with my first visit and office experience.

So. It took OVER an hr to even get back. One of the nurses did a few tests, then stuck me in the examination room.. doc came in about 15 min later, started doing examination then decided to dilate me.. no prob. But then he left, hasn't come back. I'm getting slightly annoyed. My appt was at 10.. and it's 12:13 now. Smh
