Dr is great front desk check out lady is rude . she just cost them a $700 sale on eye glasses . im getting my glasses somewhere else. I been going here for over 15 years . I won't be back

Dr. Georgilis is wonderful, a man I truly trust. The staff is fine, not sure where some of these comments are coming from. I've never had an issue or a bad experience. The parking lot isn't great, I'll give you that... but that's also not why I'm going there lol. I want top quality care for my eyes and I'm getting that. Being a designer/animator, I rely on my eyes and would be devastated if something were to happen. I only trust good Doctors with my eyes, and these Doctors are great.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I've gone here for years and really like the doctors. But my experience with ordering glasses and dealing with the people means I'll never set foot in there again. Six weeks to get my glasses no calls to explain anything I had to keep calling them. Each week I got excuse after excuse mostly blaming the lab and talking with the office manager if she was there was no help. Then I had Becky hang up on me when I got upset because she had once again another excuse. If my employees ever hung up on a customer no matter what they would no longer be an employee. Never again.

I have been using NKY Eye Care for about 4-5 years now and I have been with multiple doctors and each of them are great!! Very personable and they help make the appts quick and efficient. My most recent visit took about 45 mins and that included my appt, getting new glasses, and ordering new contacts. Even though I was the last patient of the day, the staff wasn't in a rush or trying to get me out as quick as possible and were very helpful.

I have been seeing Dr George Georgilis since I can remember (25+ years probably more). He has always been professional, warm, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. The front staff team have always been great, Shawna has been there ever since I remember and wonderful at customer service. I recently had Becky and she was wonderful as well. I will continue to use them as long as I live close enough to go to them and recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist.

The staff is the most unfriendly group of individuals I’ve ever interacted with. Also, way over priced. Cost almost $200 for a basic eye exam. They told me my insurance would cover it only to turn around and send me a bill. Their “too bad too sad” attitude has been the cherry on top of what will go down as the biggest waste of my time.

I would not recommend them. The front receptionist was great, the first assistant was ok, the second was better, the doctor, I assume he was the doctor, never introduce himself, very rude, and lacked professionalism. After he was finished with my granddaughter, he said come with me, walks us directly over to the optical area, and said sit there, I asked him why, he got upset, I finally told him that my granddaughter mother would take care of getting her glasses. Then he tells us to go sit by the window and she will finish you. That was the second receptionist, she was rude, when I asked her where the kids glasses where, she said that insurance you don't get to pick glasses out, I asked for the info on my granddaughter visit, she refused to give it me. This place has issues with customer service.

I have been a patient of Dr. Georgellis since I was 11 years old. I am 45 years old now. My family has gone to him for years. I took my son there today for his annual appointment. I found out today they have a policy of 10 minutes, then they consider you a no show. I was exactly 12 minutes late, because of a wreck on Ft. Washinton Way. THERE WAS NO ON ELSE IN THE WAITING ROOM. They refused to see us. One of the receptionist was extremely rude about it, and questioned why I was getting upset about it. She told me the Doctor was the one that actually refused to see me. Over 2 minutes? Seriously.... I could not believe that after being a loyal customer and patient for over 30 years, I would be treated like that. I was so upset about it. I cancelled my appointment for the next day, and told them I was going to find a new optometrist. THE STAFF IS RUDE and their customer service sucks. I understand there are policies but for 2 minutes. That is rediculous. I left, all that happened today was that NORTHERN KENTUCKY EYE Care lost my business and my families. I went down the street to Wing Eye care and was treated with respect.

Document Management

The optometrist and staff met and exceeding my expectations. I am so glad I found them after moving to Northern Kentucky. I can see well. Can't give a better recommendation than that.

Dr Schuck is great. He listens and responds and is quite friendly. However, the techs leave a bit to be desired. It's hit and miss, last time was a good experience but time before that was rude. The woman who fits for glasses is reason to walk away. I have never had a friendly experience with her. Last time I dealt with an older gentleman who was quite the opposite, very friendly and caring. If it weren't for Schuck and ins. I would be gone.

Wonderful staff, wonderful doctors. I have been going here since I was a child. I took my children here and they still go as adults. My daughter lives out of state and will fly home because she trusts no one else with her eyes. They are truly caring and the best in the area.

I'll say up front that I wish this were a 10 point scale. I have a hard time rating things as perfect, ie. a 5. I would give them a 9 on a 10 point scale. 4 star is too low but I'm not able to give them a 4.5 or I would. I highly recommend N. KY. Eye Care and Dr. Schuck! I've been going to Dr. Schuck for years. He is great. I love going to him. He does a great job (I don't really have any issues other than being near-sighted). He is incredibly personable. He makes me feel like I've known him my whole life. There is only a little interaction initially with his assistant and they're good. I've purchased multiple glasses from them and I think they're great to work with. That part of the staff is great. I've been back for adjustments to my glasses, nose pieces, even had a scratched lens replaced under the 1 year warranty. Their service is great and they are very nice and personable. The parking lot is rough, but it is not like there is a big pothole. It doesn't bother me. It just creates a bad impression. Receptionist and payment staff are just all business. They won't win popularity contests, but they're nice. I don't have any issue with them. I don't know how they got all of the bad reviews. The only one with any detail had the insurance issue. We're all responsible for knowing our insurance and providers that are in network and out of network. So I have to discount that review. Some others weren't very specific, so I disregard those. I've have a great experience and I highly recommend N. KY Eye Care.

I trust Northern Ky Eye center completely and have gone to them for yrs & yrs.Dr. Georgealis has saved my eyesight by referring me to CEI when it was necessary to have surgery that they were not able to take care of. I would recommend them to anyone who needs good eyecare.
