Had a great experience. Other places wouldn't listen to me about the contact not fitting my eye correctly for the past 5 years. Dr. Belair did listen and did a great job. I only went in to get some contacts, thinking I could see through my glasses just fine. When I put my trial contacts in, they were extremely comfortable and I could see better than I thought possible. Thanks for doing what other Optometrist offices can't or won't.

I have never received anything but the best service from Gemini Optical! I see Dr. Connett primarily but have also had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Eckhart. They both were very thorough in their exams and provided me with good explanations of the options for corrective vision care.

If you want a doctor who says as much as a can of paint, this doctor is for you. He has no people skills and was a pain to work with. 6 months later and my contacts are still horrible. Heard that other people have doctors that recommend other brands and have more breathable contacts. Not this doctor, not sure what he has as I'm not sure he speaks. Go anywhere else

They were super helpful!! I came in with broken frames and they were able to grab an old pair of frames and put my lenses in the for me, for free! They also helped me pick out another pair of frames and we're really patient with me being indecisive. They were all helpful and encouraging and friendly and patient! Highly recommend!

Was my first time and surely will be my last time there. Worst service I have ever received. The Dr's facial expression to me read "why is she even here?" He didn't introduced himself, didn't ask me anything about my vision issues, not even a simple "hello". A smile wouldn't kill you; you should try it sometimes. I regret going to this place and I will never recommend it.

Went to these people for years. Not very friendly. No personality in the Dr. I gave my money to all those years. At least fake it man! PUT ON YOUR GAME FACE. Seems like I was bothering him with my existence. Switched to Wal-Mart Vision center in Troy. They acted like they knew me for years. Why pay more for unappreciative people services? Haven't looked back.

My family has handled all of our eyecare needs here for several years. I am a diabetic who needs an annual dilated eye exam which they have done faithfully and communicated to my primary care and specialist doctors. We have been pleased with their customer service and the several times we have need minor repairs to glasses.

Horrible customer service! Worst experience ever. They are scamming people through deceptive practices they know to be wrong! Beware the office staff people! They also bad mouth customers between themselves through in office discriminatory correspondence not meant for patient eyes. Once you shell out the $$ they could care less if you have a problem. Shocking, unethical, unprofessional, uncaring people! STAY AWAY!!

The staff is very friendly. They did my and my kids exams and did a follow up call to make sure everything was ok. The eye doctor was very thorough and caring. The office and equipment is extremely clean. I am very happy with the service my kids and I received and would gladly return for future appointments.

So If you have to wait a long time to get your glasses be aware that the staff here will just hang up on you mid sentence even if your being nice and you know trying to understand whats going on. This is the first time I have ever really had a problem with them, but they certainly seem to be getting more and more rude as time goes on with my glasses that are suppose to be in between 7 and 10 business days, and instantly blame the insurance company for any problems.

Best vision care service in the area! I've been coming here for years and will continue to. I had to go elsewhere, due to insurance, and no one even comes close to the service and positive attitudes of the doctors and staff. Would recommend them to ANYBODY.

I NEVER leave reviews or complants....that being said...I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE here!!! The wait was almost 2 hrs past my appointment time! I asked them to only run tests that my insurance covered...so they did extra...without telling me! After I paid for that, I couldn't afford my contacts...so I told them I get paid in 4 days and would be back. They went into the next room where I could see them...I heard them talk about me in a very rude way (they were talking about how annoyed they were that I wasn't purchasing my contacts today) and rolled their eyes at me when they saw me looking at them! I will never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone else there. If you decide to try it...I hope you have a better experience.
