This place is great. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have 4 kids who wear glasses and 1 also wears contacts. I’m in here all the time getting the glasses repaired or adjusted since my kids are so hard on their glasses. They are thorough with the exams and reasonably priced. Plus, I prefer to support the local business. I highly recommend Fall Creek Vision Center.

I can’t say enough about my visit with Dr. Smith. The entire office staff was as friendly, efficient and accommodating as could be. Dr. Smith made me feel comfortable and seemed very knowledgeable. I went in for just a yearly eye check up as a new patient. After completing the exam, he showed me the difference between my current prescription and my new prescription. Wow! I hadn’t even realized it, but the strength of my current prescription had been too strong all along. My eyes have been working harder than necessary. Can’t wait to get my new prescription!!

I can't say enough about my amazing experiences just had at Fall Creek Vision Center. Coming from a different office where my visits ran 1.5hrs and involved tons of downtime sitting and waiting, I was in and out here in 40mins and the Dr. didn't leave the room. There was no dialation of my eyes, so I don't have to spend the next 5 hours waiting for my vision to get back to normal and Dr. Tony took time to genuinely answer all of my questions. They have immediatlely created a customer for life, and I will be telling all of my friends!

I recently visited the beautiful new offices of Fall Creek Vision Center and had the good fortune to be seen for the first time by Dr. Riina. My whole family have been very satisfied patients of Dr. Kevin Smith for a few years now, but he was not in this particular visit. I complained about the fact I use readers so much and am tired of the on/off of these glasses over 100 times a day. Dr. Riina suggested contacts and after all my protestations, she still insisted that I try them. WOW! I couldn't believe it, I actually did not feel them from the moment she put them in! This was a revelation, because at my age, I thought I would not be able to wear contacts. I want to thank Dr. Riina and Fall Creek Vision for broadening my horizons (and my vision) on this issue. I hope to be glasses free very soon. Yeah!

Super Impressed! The office has a very nice, wide selection of frames. They were able to get me in very quickly and worked with my schedule. I had practically no waiting for my appointment, and same with choosing the frames. Hannah was very patient with me and offered some great choices in what I was looking for. Dr. Kevin Smith was upbeat and very thorough with the exam and explaining why I was having vision issues. He took the time to ensure my prescription was accurate. I could tell he really cares about his patients. I'm so glad I found this place!

I came to this office very apprehensive of getting help. I've had contacts for 15+ years, 5+ optometrists, and not much luck getting my prescription correct. Dr. Smith spent 4+ months getting my prescription just right. His excitement towards the challenge my eye care posed was a huge relief. The trust he established enabled me the confidence I needed to get LASIK, which I had always wanted but was too afraid to consider. We've been seeing Dr Kevin Smith for a few years now. His entire staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. They have up to date technology and imaging for your eyes, and he explains it in great detail. No other optometrist has ever done that with me. Appointments are convenient and easy, their staff is excellent.
