The dr was nice enough. He only partly explained my script and what everything meant. He then called for someone to help me pick out glasses. I went with the woman, sat down and she told me what my insurance would cover. She then told me to pick out a frame, with no assistance. When I sat back down with the frame she asked what kind of lenses I wanted. I have never had glasses before. She then told me what some of them were and asked again, offering no advice on what might be best. She then asks where I’m going to wear them and I show her. She then proceeded to shove them back farther and then drew on the lenses. I would not have her assist me again. When I went to pick them up the gentleman was VERY nice and helpful. All in all not terrible, but probably will not go back due to the little assistance I received.

The new pediatrics office is so cute. Everything is made for kids. The staff was very patient with my daughter who doesn’t like to sit still. The picture were a little weird never seen a heart in the shape they had here choose from. They had movies for her to watch to keep her focused. The doctor was very nice and you could tell she really cared We will be going back for the great service!

I called to make a appointment with them for my children, I didn't have the Id #'s so I said I will call back. 1st time I called back I was hung up on; thought maybe it was a accident. I called back a 2nd time I was hung up on again! I'm so grateful I couldn't move further with them based on these reviews!

Was very happy with: o Dr. Mary Esders's exam. o Justin Fuller's service going way above and beyond measuring, helping choose frames and lenses (extremely happy with sunglasses that have gray lenses because colors appear natural) with lots of critieria I wanted (100% UVA/B protection, maximum lens size, light weight, progressive lenses, colors natural, minimum size logo, etc.). o Tina's fitting the glasses to my face when I picked up the glasses. Even though the glasses reportedly had the smallest improvement possible in better prescription I think I can see better. In the past when a doctor said minimum change possible relative to current glasses, you may not notice the difference, I wouldn't get new lenses to save money---will not do that in future. I like EPF better than Dr. Steven Mather, or Visionworks because I was _much_ happier with the people that help chose and fit frames and a little happier with the Dr. I'll be using EPF next time I get glasses.

Stopped in at the Creasy location to look at frames. They were very helpful & spent a lot of time checking prices for me and I finally found the perfect pair. Excellent customer service! I’ve had my eye exams by Dr Alfred at the South location for the past couple years and she’s wonderful. The ladies there are fantastic too. This is one of the few places in town who take my insurance, and I’m glad they’re my go-to eyecare professionals.

Love Dr. Piggott, I would give her 5 stars! She is very kind and professional. Best eye Dr. I have had! But will not be ordering my glasses through them again. Last year it took months to get them right. This year I thought I would give them one more try. They claim they called me 2 days prior and left message to pick up, but didn't. They told me they were at one location, went there sat for 15mins watching them walk around like they couldn't find them. They then told me they were at a different location. On my way to that location I called to speak to someone in regards to this and they hung up on me. Getting glasses through them has been nothing but stressful, cost me work hrs, loss of money and extra gas. I suggest getting only the eye exam there...not the glasses.

My exam was the most thorough eye exam that I have ever had, and everything was explained to me every step of the way. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Piggot is a gem! There are so many stylish frames to choose from, it’s hard to choose just one, although there is also plenty of staff to assist with that as well. My glasses came in early, and my vision is crystal clear! Thank you all so much

I go to the office they have in Attica, IN. I am always pleased by the friendly and efficient office staff. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes over my appointment time for the eye doctor to see me.Dr. Lindy McMillin is my eye doctor and I'm very happy with her.

I absolutely love the staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable and personable. Dr. Evans really makes a person feel as tho they are the only customer. He takes as much time as needed and explains everything he does very thoroughly. That's why a 5 star rating...great place with great people.

I am a new customer to them but have been wearing glasses since I was in 4th grade. Never had any issues or scuffs or scratches on my glasses because I paid extra for the anti scratch protection. Decided to go here since my original eye glass doctor is up in the Chicago Suburbs. Everything was great up until I actually got my glasses. After about a month or so of owning them. They developed a scratch. Thought it was strange so I called up the eye doctor place and they said they will order a replacement at no cost since I have a 1 year warranty on the glasses. Mind you these are Ray Ban glasses so for the money spent I wasn't expecting this to happen. They replaced the lense and I was told that if anything else happens within the year just come on back. I figured great they take care of their customers. Fast forward 4 months now and the glasses developed another scratch on them. Same lense and same area also... I called and they said oh that one year warranty can be used only one time. I was like that doesn't sound right if something I paid extra for like anti scratch protection is not protecting the lenses then that's a manufacturer defect if this has happened twice. They said I can purchase a new lense for $150 bucks just ONE lense. I don't feel like if the lense keeps failing to protect scratches this early on that it's a me problem. Usually my glasses developed scratches about 2 years into owning them... Not 4 months. Just not happy that I never had this issue all my life wearing glasses and now it's happening. If my iPhone fails within the first year apple will replace it if that new one fails within the same first year they will replace it again. I understand if I was out of warranty or the glasses were scratched up horrible it's alittle tiny scratch but noticeable and annoying. Don't think I will be coming back or sending friends or family your way.

I was just informed they did not order my trial contacts I've been waiting for for over two weeks. The woman on the other end did not even apologize. I understand there isn't anything that can be done, but some courtesy would have been appreciated. I have a complex prescription and cannot just get replacements at the drop of a hat. I am not convinced this is the place to go for my vision needs.

I wouldn’t recommend them. I ordered glasses, but needed to cancel the order the same day. I paid with my debit card so I assumed like most businesses the money would be back in my account in a couple of days. I wait a few days, then I called them to ask about my refund. A woman told me she would look into it, and return my call. She never called me back. I called again, exactly a week after I cancelled my order, and again I was told someone would return my call, but no one did. I called again, and spoke to a manager who said she would have a check ready for me to come pick up by the next afternoon, and she would call me when it was ready. She never called, so I called her and she told me that their accountant is out sick so there was no check for me. She told me AGAIN that she would call me when a check was ready for me. To say that I am upset about this is an understatement. My kids and I will be finding a new eye doctor.
