I walk in at 12 :20 and the place is empty, talked to the receptionist for a few minutes as guy in the back was rustling around. I drive 1.5 hours each way for my occupation at IU. Getting home late after 7:00 pm monday-thursday makes my personal life challenging. I happened to stumble on this place during my lunch and thought I could squeeze it in during lunch. The receptionist asked "Tony when are you going to lunch?" "I'm leaving right now, you will have to come back some other time" He could have told me that during the five minute conversation. Not even a "Sorry" from him. So I asked can we make scheduled time so I don't have to have this happen again? "We don't take appointments, just come back by some other time." really? I too have to take a lunch late many days of the week, sometimes not at all. My Customers/ Departments at the University come first or I would not have a job much longer. I will not be back with my Family and i'll let the entire Department know about their customer service.

I suffered a partially detached retina and Dr Dennis took care of it even though it took til 1am to do emergency surgery.

Staff are extremely friendly and approachable when coming in as a new patient. They left no grey areas when it came to assessing my corneal pain and illness. I was seen very, very quickly as well. I mean, freaky quick, which was an unusual but pleasant surprise.
