Doctor very thorough with explaining details of examination! I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through so they can get to next patient. Technician was also very knowledgeable! Great experience! Won’t be going back to Ossip!!

Please do NOT use this community eye care. They made my glasses totally wrong, Picked them up on Friday, the 19th of July and went back later the same day for adjustment. Could not focus on anything. Called on Monday, the 22nd, told Lauren I could not wear these glasses, could not focus on anything and they were pulling my eyes. I have worn glasses for years and I know when they are made wrong. She said she would not remake them until I saw the doctor. She switched me to the doctor's office and It would have been from the 22nd of July until the 31st of July before I could see the doctor. I could not wait that long as I was miserable and I was threatened at work with being let go if I could not do my job. Had to wear my old glasses. I went to Costco and they determined the PD was off by 9 1/2 mm. That is 3/8” too wide for my eyes. No wonder I could not focus on anything. I returned to community on the 30th of July. Most people would have apologized, but instead Lauren chose to be rude and nasty. Lauren’s coworker, who was decent to me, checked my eyes against the glasses they had made. The center of the glasses lined up on whites of my eyes. No wonder I couldn't see!!! The coworker said to refund my money and Lauren rudely snatched my credit card from hand. I have pictures of how the glasses were lined up with the whites of my eyes, not even close to where the should be and documentation of this. Costco will have my business from now on.

Refused state required benefits. Belittled and yelled at by billing staff when pressed to submit claim that was paid by my insurance. They have a scam where they do not bill your insurance for benefits and require you to pay them our of pocket. When you state that you have the benefit, they will dump you as a patient since you refuse to be a part of their scam. Illegal practices.

The eye exam is the most thorough and comprehensive I’ve ever had. I’ve been seeing Dr. Kautzman for years and highly recommend him. The staff is courteous and professional. And if you can’t find glasses frames that you love there, then they don’t exist. I have had strangers on the street stop me to ask where I got my frames. The service from this practice is excellent.

The staff members are not willing to collaborate and understand the situation of a client that has been going to them for years. Also, they think it is okay to laugh into the phone and without explaining anything just transfer the call to someone else.
