Terrible if anything goes wrong with your prescription or eyeglasses, consider your self as ripped. They sold a frame for more than 200$ and found it at 60$ online. Can not trust them!

These guys (and lady) are LIFE SAVERS! I am a patient at the Brunswick, OH location. I was in Mason for the weekend visiting family last weekend where my sweet, sweet husband accidently discarded my contacts down the sink drain. Knowing driving 3+ hours home to get contacts wasn't an option, and shame on me for not bringing an extra pair, I Googled eye doctors near me and sure enough Clarkson was first on the list! I walked in Saturday morning shortly after they opened, they called up to the Brunswick location, got my prescription and 10 minutes later I walked out with a trial pair of contacts! EVERYONE was SUPER friendly and helpful in the office and thanks to them my husband is still standing!

I wish I could provide them a 0 star rating. The West Chester location (Tylersville rd) is the worst. They are very inefficient, unfriendly, ignorant and delayed response and service. I placed an order 5+ months ago, and I still do not have the order yet. They claim every time that they are working on it but it never gets anywhere. I paid for the order over 5 months ago. Give me my refund!!!! Please don’t waste your time with these people. I have never had such an awful experience from an Eyecare business. The staff is uncaring.

Very Unprofessional!!!!! We were so sad to see that the optical place inside Childrens Hospitals was closed! So we brought my daughter here! Worse mistake ever! So disappointing for my Special Needs Daughter who has asked about her new Red Glasses for the last 2 weeks! :( They had no idea who my daughter was her prescription or her Glasses. I have made Childrens Hospitals aware of this and hopefully they will remove them from their list. We will happily go somewhere else! DON'T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! !!!!!!!

Poor service. We sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes with our toddler while they tried to find our previous order for the previous year only to be told they couldn't find our insurance. Since the customer service wasn't open today they wouldn't help us because they can't backdate an order. Poor service.

I was hesitant about this place after reading some reviews, but I'm glad I kept my appointment. The care and level of detail I received during eye exam for hard-to-fit contacts were unparalleled. Dr. Winterbottom and Steve were great; I learned much and they shared information with me. They tailored customer service to suit my particular cicumstance. It took a little more time than usual, but it was worth it.

My entire family has received great care from Dr. Winterbottom for years now. I originally went to Dr Winterbottom after experiencing problems with my vision (my prescription in contacts was too strong from a previous provider) and Dr. Winterbottom put me into the proper prescription. My kids love going to his office, he is a great with kids.

Dr. Winter bottom is an excellent optomitrist, who's looked after me and my family for years. We followed him when he moved to his new location, even though it means a 40 min drive. His staff is very helpful and everyone goes above and beyond to find the best solution. I trust them to care for my eyes first.

I have never been the type to complain or write bad reviews, but my experience was terrible with Clarkson Eyecare. I was there for over 2 hours and at one point, was just waiting in the exam room for almost 30 minutes without anyone there or doing anything. The doctor got my prescription wrong multiple times and currently everything is blurry with the second pair of contacts she provided. If there was a way to cancel my order and get refunded, I would do it in a heartbeat. I will not be returning.

I love Dr Winterbottom, such a great and thorough Dr. I followed him from Wing Eyecare. Steve is also great! He is so patient to get you the correct lenses wether contacts or glasses. They are like family. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare!

Great experience! Dr. Winterbottom is awesome, and great service from the entire staff. They were wonderful with my children. A huge variety of frames to choose from, and they had exactly what we wanted.
