I took my father in for a cataract evaluation last week and was utterly impressed by the entire office. Dr Edwards was extremely nice and so patient with our many questions and Jennifer that scheduled his surgeries was an absolute gem to work with. Both their smiling faces and enthusiastic personalities really made us feel comfortable with his decision to proceed with surgery. We cannot recommend them enough!

Everyone I have encountered here is awesome, especially Taylor who did my work up. Dr Edwards is a wonderful doctor and I enjoy having her as my doctor. She is a good person and I could not have asked for a better doctor. I highly recommend this place.

The exams are very thorough and the doctors really know their field. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

I have just moved back to the Garfield Park area, after 35 years in Western New York State. I picked this practice by the "fickle finger of fate" method and couldn't be more thrilled with my exam and treatment. Everyone was so courteous and knowledgeable. Exam was very thorough and complete. Dr. Edwards did an excellent job, as did Sarah, with the technical part of the exam. They were both exceptionally nice and put you at ease with the entire process. The young man who greets you at reception, was very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Carmen, the Intake Specialist, was charming and delightful. Tami, at the billing desk was pleasant and very helpful, in making the payment process easy, and I don't even have insurance. Because I was a self pay patient, she allowed a nice and welcome discount, on the bill. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone, for your eye health care needs!!!!!

I had an extremely positive experience with the Cataract and Laser Institute and Dr. Kora Edwards. My family has a history of eye issues. As a result, I have seen many different Doctors over the years. I was very impressed with Dr. Edwards as well as the facilities they have. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. They ran several tests on me including a couple that were new to my previous experiences. I highly recommend them. I was very confident in the results of my visit.

He is the best! He took care of my Aunt Made throughout her life. Her little sister, Gladys, my mother has seen him all her life, and she is almost 93. I have seen him all of my life here. He did my mom's cataracts and mine. He did a marvelous job on all of us! He doesn't do the cataracts any more, but is particular who he trusts to do them!

Not only did they miss place my insurance information and called me with insurance information that has not been valid in 3 years. My family has never been to this clinic before today, I was called 15 mins before the appt to let me know that the appt I scheduled a month ago for my children is now canceled and will need to be rescheduled because the doctor didn't want to come in today. When I called my husband to let him know to turn around he was getting ready to walk in the building with our children. They don't seem to care much about their pts and I will now have to find a new clinic and wait until summer before they can have eyes checked so they don't miss school.

Went in for a new patient exam and had a great experience! The front staff went above and beyond to figure out my “untraditional” vision insurance. The back staff were professional yet made me feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Edwards was very thorough, kind and explained everything to me. Highly recommend her and her staff!
