Dr. Hornberger is terrific! She is very thorough, listens to issues, and gives solutions that work! The office has the latest equipment and highly trained staff. The manager of the office, Sharon, is excellent in her regular duties and at picking the perfect frames for me! I'm very glad to have this amazing doc and her staff in Bright!

Horrible costumer service!!! The older women who answered the phone was extremely nasty and rude. I ended up just saying never mind and hanging up, due to this woman not knowing her job or anything about insurance.

I ordered both glasses and contacts and I had to try a couple of prescriptions with the contacts before I had to surrender to the doctor. She insisted that I was used to the bifocals and to give them a month. So I went ahead and paid and ordered them. I didn’t hear from them for 2 yes 2 months and then I started trying to get used to them. They are just too strong so I called the office and the staff was very rude and couldn’t do anything for me because it had been so long. Well part of that was their fault because they just let they lay around and forgot about them without even calling me. But that didn’t matter they just said I need to find another doctor there is nothing they can do for me. Wow I spent more than 500 and they couldn’t do anything. Awesome customer service I would go elsewhere

I have had a good experience and a bad experience. My sons glasses came in within 7 days absolutely no problem. I am on day 11 waiting on my glasses. With no idea of when they will be in. The lady on the phone who is I believe the Office Manager is very rude on the phone. I thought she is rude in office as well. Everyone else in office is great! Due to the Office Manager I am not sure we will return.
