The place was slightly hard to find but friendly directions from the hospital got me there quickly. The wait was almost an hour but I was a last minute call in from my general practitioner. The woman who took me back seemed a little annoyed and exasperated, but she was friendly and answered all of my questions. Dr. Gerber was also very friendly and helpful, and gave me excellent tips and care for my specific eye problems.

So caring! They went above and beyond to help me. From an emergency appointment to getting the medicine I needed. The best service! When I went in they were polite and always professional. Even though they are busy, they are timely. They adjusted my glasses while I waited. Just trustworthy and friendly characters. And the technicians, all nice. The best staff and the best place. Dr. Schwartz is the best. Very kind and caring and not ashamed to refer me to another doctor if things get a bit complicated. He is also very friendly and enjoys talking about his daughters.

I have been taking my son here to see the specialist. Dr. Gerber is straight to the point. How I prefer it! It was a great experience with the doctor and front office staff. At the front, get a pass for parking. However, keep in mind, they will bill you for anything not medically related and if it is routine appointment expect a bill because most insurances won’t pay for it here.
