7/13/16 .. Horrible experience!! I came here only after being called By the store. I was told I could come in to pick up my glasses anytime before 6 during the upcoming week. They'd be at the desk waiting. It's Wednesday. I'm here AND MY GLASSES ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. The store rep (Selima) was very rude. Not only have I wasted time and gas coming here but I'm pretty sure I didn't ask to have an employee be as rude to me as this person has been. I live very far from this area so for me to come all the way here to receive treatment like this is totally unacceptable. How do you call someone on a Sunday saying your items are ready for pick up - I give days in between just to make sure they are certainly ready - then i come mid-day and you tell me WITH ATTITUDE that I need to sit down because you don't know where they are?!?! TIME WASTED never again. This location has frames that I paid for that I also engraved and I have yet to receive my original glasses. Mind you I left the store empty handed and they also said they wouldn't be reimbursing me for anything. Unprofessional ! UPDATE: I gave a call as requested to the location in order to speak to the manager in regards to some sort of reimbursement for my traveling expenses. According to the manager, although it was the stores fault and they are aware of me driving over 15+ miles just to get to this location FOR NO REASON, they cannot accommodate my travel expenses. Lets be serious here. In no way am i expecting anything monetary to happen but an apology and some eye glass spray, glass covers SOMETHING would've been ideal. HOW do you acknowledge this situation is the stores fault and offer ZERO empathy or credits?!. UNPROFESSIONAL .. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!

They don’t open on time. It’s 10:15 and the place is not open. They open at 10 am. This is frustrating.

The sale associate was very nice very helpful and patient was in early 20s with glasses, i came in wanting new glasses and mind you its sunday she helped me well attempted to help me to get my prescription but unfortunately my place was closed yet i loved how she helped me she was biligual so she explain to me in both spanish and english, ill always be a sears customer Got her name they said suli i called and ask about the sales rep with glasses first they said Ines then they said sulima but they call her suli

First time making a review and this place is absulutely the worst. The lady has an attitude short and glasses looks like 45 or 50. The doctor bieg rushed my exam not to mention she was 16 minutes late. Prices are crazy high.

I hate that place the short hispanic lady ines is so racist she was speaking spanish all the time with a man and she never said hello she was talking to the doctor about other things most rude person i ever met, all she did was talk to the doctor then a person came in and she talked spanish with the man never coming again

Received confirmation email saying I should arrive 15 mins before my appointment. My appointment was scheduled at 10AM, I got there at 9:45AM. No one was there. The sign in the door said they changed their hours to 10AM no big deal. I waited 30 minutes all together. Respect my time. Don’t bother calling to reschedule. Terrible way to do business.

I have been going to this particular Sears Optical for the past 3 years. Every year I feel like I have a better experience. The doctors are very thorough and the staff is very helpful in choosing the appropriate eyewear. I feel it is not just an eye exam, but it was more like a detailed inspection of the health of my eyes because the doctor diagnosed something in my eye that another doctor had not found before.
