I won't go anywhere else ! Great service, professionally and personally a great staff for all aspects of the experience. Dr. Chula is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I drive from Chicago (North side) and I would drive much further if I needed to; Scott Eye Care is well worth it. I've been to many optometrists and opticians and Dr. Chula and her staff are the BEST.

Terrible experience. Don't go here. All the doctors want is your money...getting you in for appointments and upselling you on everything. Then, when you need some real help, they won't do anything for you. Disappointing.

Absolutely horrible service. it's been 5 weeks, and I still don't have my glasses. The lab screwed up my order - twice - and because of that, they offered to give me a pair of lenses for free, I just had to purchase the frames. Even after all that, I still don't have my first pair of glasses that I ordered (and spent over $500 for, even with insurance) . And then, they don't even call me to tell me that there are issues with my order - they make me call them. HORRIBLE! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

From the support staff that makes sure to order the specific brand of contacts that I like, to the caring optometrists that really take the time and patience to address any of my concerns with my eye health. I’ve been a patient here for years because all 3 of the doctors give very thorough exams. They take the time to explain what they are doing as well as their findings. The staff is also very courteous and they do a great job of helping me select eyewear that not only looks good but fits into my budget!

DR. Chula is absolutely amazing! I went to several doctors for inflammation and dizziness. My blood work came back elevated but no answers. DR. Chula has advanced technology. She found my health issues by her technology. She wrote to my doctor immediately. My doctor tested what dr. Chula found and it came back. Because of her, my health has improved dramatically. I also received the cutest glasses. I love the staff Extremely educated. Super sweet

I highly recommend Scott Eye Care. The whole team is friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, and Dr. Chula explained every part of my eye exam in ways I could understand. I was there for an exam and a new prescription for contact lenses and I was 100% satisified with the service and my new contacts. I will definitely be going back!

my daughter and I loved it here. The doctors are really great and take their time to explain everything that's going on. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. The prices are actually very reasonable with the help of my insurance and my daughter is loving her new glasses!
