Over priced and they won't honor the 90 day prescription change policy after surgery. They just want to get you and your insurances money. After getting money for 3 brand new pairs of glasses since July they refused.

Every part of the exam is explained as it happens, and I never feel pushed into anything I don't need. I recommend this practice to everyone who asks.

After charging me for 3 pairs of glasses at a cost of nearly $1000, they refused to honor a 90 day free replacement that my insurance provides. Money hungry is all they are!

The Eye Doctor was extremely nice and polite..Actually talked to me doing the exam!Very Informative.But! (and there is always a BUT) The Guy who has the long curly mustache tried to add on more money for my glasses..He stated $300 or more with my Insurance! After I explained to him in a Calm way

I didn't get the type of lenses that I originally wanted. Regional is too expensive and I got the lenses that I wanted at Wal-Mart using the same frames. The replacement lenses were 1/2 the price that Regional was going to charge me.
