I have been coming to this practice for over 15 years since I was a pre-teen. Despite the long wait times (that can occur at any doctor's office), I trust the doctors and glasses specialists here... I wouldn't go anywhere else. TBH I have been going somewhere else trying to save some money and I have regretted every pair of glasses that I bought somewhere other than northwest eye center... they do carry high quality products and they have experienced opthamologists.

They double book appointments. You could die of old age waiting for your appointment, routinely 50 minutes, an hour late. A patient is shuffled from person to person with one's concerns ignored and not listened to. I'm looking for another ophthalmologist.

This is my second visit here and I have again been waiting for an hour. No apologies about the wait or mention about it even... They just stick you in a room and let you sit there until the doctor feels like showing up. I would recommend finding an eye doctors office that actually cares about their customers and their time.

This is my third visit and I have been waiting in the reception area for an hour. The tardiness has been consistent with minimum 45 minutes wait. Why not schedule me to come in an hour late? And I am still waiting.

This place is nice, but they are cheeters and thieves. I took my 5year old son there for school exam. Asked about price if paid cash. It was 140$. I gave my PPO info. And they asured me it will be covered 100%. After 1 hour extensive examinations(have no idea why so long, it was supose to be 10 min max checkup) i was on my way. After 1 mounth i resieved the letter with 210$ bill from this eye center.apearantly my insurance did not covered it. I called 5times billing center and finaly they called me back. The girl was so rude. She did not wanna even listen to my side of the story. Just thretend me with colection agency..People be aware of this snake pit..i will never ever will go to this place again
