Dr. Foody is great. The problem was the wait. I came in for an appointment at 1:40 but was seen by doctor at 3:00pm!!!!!

The staff is very rude. the lady who did not let me talk when I called in to reschedule my husband's appointment. They sent him away twice stating he did not have the right paperwork every time I called them throughout the day they gave me attitude. Miss Nellie claims she is the owner of the business and that she does not have a boss to answer to and refused to give me her boss's name. I do not recommend you go to this office very unprofessional and needs to go back to school on common courtesy.

Dr. Barnes is the only Dr. to see if you have Glaucoma. His bed side manner is top notch! He is smart and caring. He truly cares about his community!

I love this clinic. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctors are very patient and I felt at ease. They answer all of my questions thoroughly. For me the walt is well worth it. I would be more concerned there was never anyone there! I understand that they treat the most serious conditions first. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Had an appointment at 10am. Didn't get seen by the doctor until 11am. Scheduling seems to not be their strong point. Doctor seemed knowledgeable at least and was friendly. I highly suggest they have someone take a look at their scheduling.

I had a 9:40 appt it's 11:00 am and I still haven't seen a doctor. The equipment is ancient and looks dirty. I feel like I am at a museum not a doctor's office

I agree with the person that said they feel like they're at a museum not doctors office. My father is a patient at this clinic. We have sat at this clinic for as long as five hours. (only to watch other patients come in after us then leave before us) I am very disappointed with the service that my father is not getting. We were told by the doctor that if the shots in the eye weren't producing any results for his one good eye; that the shots would be stopped after 6 more months. Well, it's been well over six months ( THE SHOTS ARE NOT WORKING ) and he is still being bilked for big bucks by this doctor for personal benefit. He is being seen by two eye doctors at this clinic. The doctor (Dr. Barnes) that is not getting all the profit from administering the shots seems to be forthright, honest, and really good bedside manner. We will be taking steps to drop that second doctor that gives the shots.

I felt very safe at AURORA Eye Clinic. Dr. Barnes gave me a feeling of concern. If you have to wait awhile for a doctor you can know your time with him will come. I was quite impressed with Dr.Barnes concern about a patient even when I expressed my concern about my sister he had never seen. Office could use some updated equipment but then old things are better than the new in my opinion.

Excellent all around. Waited less than a week for my initial appointment and less than ten minutes to be seen on the day. Staff at reception was friendly, efficient and courteous while Dr. Kirk was equally polite and is very skilled at his trade. Very happy to recommend.

Would not provide PD to purchase glasses online..... Charge an extra $25 for that information although insurance covered the visit.
