The female doctor was a jerk. She was highly arrogant and sarcastic. The eyeglass selection sucked. She was impatient with my young son. I won't return to this office ever. If rather visit an office with pleasant kind doctors.

This was my second visit to this location - obviously the first visit went very well otherwise I would not have returned for a second appointment. Once again the staff were not only friendly - they were also very helpful - the few questions I had regarding the form I needed to fill out were immediately answered. I will continue going to this location because each person I encountered made the visit very comfortable and the wait time was very reasonable.

I've been coming here for years. Ever since they were located in evergreen plaza mall. Over the years their glasses gets better every time. The workers their is very socialable and would have you forget about all the nervousness of getting your eyes check.

My experience going to this eye care center was Impeccable!!!. The staff was amazingly polite, inviting and direct. I did not have an unnecessarily long wait. I was informed about my eye health which wasn’t too bad and was informed about options that could be added to my prescription to make it better. On top of that, my glasses were ready within 30 mins of me leaving and my second pair was ready immediately as well because they had it in stock . Overall, this eye care center is really nice. I highly recommend it to anyone, I live further from here but after going to this location I don’t mind. The Whole staff was Great, Thank you guys !.

The staff here are very friendly, punctual and accommodating. They greet you with a smile & it feels like I'm visiting family every time I go! I've been going to American Vision Center since I was about 16 years old. Now I am 35 and I take my children there as well. I wouldn't get our glasses from anywhere else. They have a great selection of eye wear, no matter your budget, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and patient. The Manager Mrs. Means & William are the best! My children & I always leave with a smile on our faces.

I received a voucher from a vision awareness event with Lion's Club International and was referred to this place as participating vendor. Unfortunately this has been a worse case scenario for me with the poorest of customer service by one staff member in particular. And I can recognize there's some level of good customer loyalty here, which furthermore proves the pettiness of this individual. So management / owners should check your customer complaints on this to prevent more bad experiences. My business is complete and I don't expect to revisit.
