My eye needs were totally meet with my visit. I especially liked how Jen did her thing in getting the right prescription for my eyes. She was very kind and made me feel at home and I knew that she cared that I could have better vision. When I went to get my glasses Susie was such a great help and did not stop till I have found the right frames for my face. Then she made sure they fit my face and there would be enough room for my bifocals. I was treated like a queen. I will always recommend Premier Eye Care to my friends and family.

I saw Dr. Taylor for the first time two years ago, and then last year. My next appointment is coming up soon. I found out that I am starting to get cataracts, but they are just beginning and are not progressing quickly. My right eye has been doing some quirky things and I did not understand why. Twenty years ago, I had a traumatic brain injury, and no one has explaind to me that I would eventually have issues with my right eye. It showed up in the examination and even though I have had my eyes checked every two years, no one has told me about it. At least I know now, that when this odd thing happens, why it is happening.

I’ve had floaters in my eyes for more than 15 years, which became troublesome and annoying. Dr. Thompson remove floaters from both eyes and my vision has returned to 20/20 with prescription lenses. The best part is that I have not noticed any floaters since. Premier Eye Care has the latest technology and Dr Thompson is, in my opinion, an expert in his field. The staff is professional, kind, and accommodating. I gladly give Dr. Kyle Thompson and Premiere Eye Care my highest recommendation.

Bed side manner was horrible. My brother-in-law came in after 3 days of metal in his eye and was in an Imense amount Of Pain. The doctor had no empathy at all, he was rude and agressive. My brother-in-law could hardly keep his eye open let alone look straight ahead rather then rendering a solution the dr just continued to lecture my brother. Just left the office so unaware as to how the results will be but as to the service, it was unacceptable

Horrible bed side manner.. was treated like a child.. was so horrible I was afraid to just ask to use the bathroom.. was not welcoming or soothing experience at all.. which is what was needed considering the amount of pain. Will never refer anyone here.. I would detour anyone from using this office.. I will post again on wether or not the issue was effectively taken care of..

I went to Premier Eyecare on 6/10 for a refraction for a glasses prescription. I had specifically requested Lyn because the refraction I had in February done by another staff member was not right. My husband had experienced the same problem with his refraction from the same person the first time. Lyn re-did his refraction and the prescription was totally different from the first prescription and now his glasses are correct. My new prescription is different also so I will be getting a new set of glasses based on the new script. I really appreciate the time Lyn took to find the right "numbers" and did extra testing to take into account my astigmatism to get the script right.

Dr. Thompson is a highly gifted and talented surgeon and I give him the highest rating possible. He performed surgery on both my eyes to remove floaters that were severely impacting my vision. I am amazed at how well I can see. I was apprehensive about surgery because for years I heard that retinal surgery to remove floaters was too risky. Many times I heard patients told to “make friends with your floaters and you will learn to ignore them.” This is easy to say when you aren’t the one dealing with floaters! Working in an ophthalmology practice for 25 years as a surgical scrub tech, back office assistant and also front office supervisor I am very particular and discerning when I receive any healthcare. I know what to look for and I know what to avoid. Dr. Thompson is top-notch and his staff are exceptional in every way and I highly recommend him and Premier Eye Care of Eastern Idaho. Thank you Dr. Thompson for your skill and expert care. My vision is the best it has been in years!

Highly suggest looking at a different Doctor. I went in for dizziness and blurry double vision and he suggested reading glasses of which caused more dizziness. After reading online for myself I found 10 different diagnoses off what he diagnosed that causes dizziness and blurry vision AND NONE SUGGESTED READING GLASSES AS A FIX!!! This place is a money trap kind of like a bad mechanic if you want to keep returning and not getting issues fixed. LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY BE SEEN BY A REAL DOCTOR!
