They are always friendly and helpful. My 17 year old daughter decided she wanted contacts about a year ago and could not get the process down on how to get them in. She went back to her glasses. This year she tried again, and just like last time the folks were super patient and helpful and she now has her contacts in happily. Highly recommend using them for all your eye care needs.

It had been over 10 years since I last had my vision checked so the whole process was a bit new to me and I had a lot of questions and curiosities about all of the different tests that were performed. I saw Dr. Park and he was thorough in explaining to me everything he was doing and was patient with me as I decided which various lenses were better than others and answered all of my questions. A very sweet woman (his assistant perhaps?) spent a lot of time with me as well performing the less-technical tests, gathering my health history, vision concerns, etc before Dr. Park came in to see me. Once I had the dilation drops, I met with Marcus who helped me pick out my first pair of glasses. He was amazing! Marcus was so kind and wonderful and gave honest feedback about various frames which I appreciated so much. We picked out 4 frames together before I was called back by Dr. Park to check my dilated eyes, then once I was done with that Marcus helped me narrow down the frames to one that was the best fit and also that fit my budget as well. Marcus is seriously a gem. Professional, yet easy to talk to and get honest opinions from which is important when you have no idea which frames are the most flattering for your face shape. It was a great experience and I'm looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks to pick up my glasses. Thanks for such a great experience!
