My 3 kids and I have been seeing the same Dr (Adams) in the Caldwell Office for the past 4 years and we absolutely LOVE THEM! The office is clean, upbeat, up-to-date and efficient. In the past we have had insurance but this year we do not. I explained our situation and they made every effort to work with us...which I was extremely impressed and greatful! Services we have utilized in the past while on insurance were NOT forced upon us and upfront prices were given. I would highly recommend checking them out first!

Dr. Black and the ladies at Family Eyecare are second to none. Every single time I go in they are so nice and take great care of me. Roxanne helped me pick out such cute frames. I was even able to get my new frames with prescription SAME DAY! I’ve been going to Dr. Black for over 20 years and I’d highly recommend him and his staff!

I have had a great experience with the staff at Family Eyecare Specialists from the lovely ladies at the front desk to all the staff taking care of the exams. Dr. Adams was efficient and explained everything every well. Everything is clean and well cared for. They also have many bilingual employees which is very convenient for those who need it. I'm seriously considering switching my kids to Dr. Adams based on the front desk staff. Unfortunately the staff at our current location is very disrespectful. I went to the Caldwell office today to pick out some frames. Wow Agustin was amazing. This is why you don't go to Walmart, eye mart express or any where else to get your glasses. When Julie left I was devastated. Now I can feel just as confident in my glasses and what I picked out as before. You have a diamond, a 10, a dime in him. So very glad you put him out front. He's worth what your paying him plus some.

These reviews are done by family members and employees. The service my family recieved here was horrible. They promised one price then called my wife back in and raised the price of their services. It was paid on the first visit with insurance but the insurance came back and had some exceptions, so because we weren't in control of the situation they raised their prices on us for over a 30% increase from what they had previously agreed to. They lied about their prices and entrapped my family in an unfair situation and took advantage of them. This is dishonest business practices.
