They had me in and out quickly and operated like a well oiled machine. They were all friendly and responded well to requests, such as when I let the woman in charge of helping me get glasses know I had a more limited budget, she had several lower cost frames to choose from within a couple minutes.

I have been wanting to leave a review for awhile but been so busy. My husband and I went last week to Eyecare Associates to get our eyes check and enjoyed our visit with the Dr. Hughes. The staff was great and friendly, we really enjoyed Erika, she was really friendly and great, always had a smile and really seemed excited to do her job. Enjoyed her energy and loved how she had all the answers for us :) We definitely recommend going to Eyecare Associates to get your eyes checked! We already recommend family and friends. You will not be disappointed!

My visit to Eyecare Associates exceeded my expectations. From the time I walked in the door until I left, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I loved that they explained all the procedures and the costs up front, with no pressure, so there were no surprises at the end of my appointment. I also loved that Dr. Hagberg talked over my health and nutrition with me. I feel like he understands how the health of the body affects the health of my eyes. But best of all, with my new glasses I can see better than I have been seeing for years. Dr. Hagberg was so thorough in his examination and expert at getting my lenses just right that it has been remarkable from the time I put on my new glasses. I can't remember when I have had such clear and good vision.

Dr. Hagberg is an excellent optometrist. My wife and I have been seeing him for several years and we recently took our two oldest kids to him for their first check-up. He was very descriptive in what he was looking for in his examination and made our children feel at ease. He took the time to talk to both us as parents and directly to them. My family goes to Eyecare Associates of Nampa and has for several years. Dr. Hagberg is a great doctor and Maria in his office is fantastic! She is always on top of making sure my family of 7 are coming in regularly for our eye exams and that we are reminded of our appointments. She even has realized that texting works best for us so she texts me any information I need to know which is very appreciated! We love Dr. Hagberg and Maria and recommend others to their office!

I enjoyed the staff and enjoyed the Dr, but I did not enjoy the fact that my prescription is being held hostage. Because I could not afford to buy both of my daughters frames and lenses at this store I asked to get my prescription so I could go some where else more economical for my situation. I was told I could not have my prescription until my insurance paid. I have NEVER had this issue. My oldest daughter is 17 and has been wearing glasses since age 1, we have never had an issue with our insurance not paying or getting our prescription. (same insurance all 17 years as well) So I want to say I will wait out the insurance payment, but we will not be back due to the lack of empathy in this store. I am now forced to make my children wait 6 weeks before even picking out frames let alone actually getting their glasses.

I've put off getting contacts for years, but finally went in and met with Dr. Hagberg and his staff. The whole experience was great! There was little wait time for my appointments, and the staff was wonderful to work with, Maria and Dr. Hagberg in particular. Maria has the best techniques for getting contacts in easily, and the techniques work when you get home and have to use them yourself. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get this done, especially since the team at Eyecare Associates is so nice to work with. I always dread medical appointments because of the hassle, but this experience has been very different. I actually enjoy going in to see them.

I was very impressed with the staff at Eye care Associates of Nampa. I had a good friend recommend them and I wasn't dusappointed. I liked the way everything was explained to me in advance, from insurance and cost, to vision testing prodecures. I felt comfortable with the whole process. I purchased one pair of nong are glasses there and plan on buying my backup pair from Costco. Would recommend Dr. Hughes to any of my friends.

Dr Hagberg is very thorough and professional. I had a dry eye problem that was not helped by other eye specialists. Dr Hagberg's recommendation of a good eye drop immediately cured what had been a problem for many years. He is also doing an excellent job of monitoring and treating my glaucoma. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed, reviews are obviously lies. My appointment was in the evening and was seen an hour later. The assistant who took me back was rude, she seemed annoyed and always had the same look did not catch her name but she was older than the other helpers, she was not helpful at all. I did't even stay to look at glasses, took my prescription and going elsewhere.

I went in to see Doctor Hagberg because I was getting headaches when I was reading too much. He and the staff were all very friendly and professional. There was no wait time and the doctor was great to explain to me what was going on, what the tests were, and what my best options were. The girls at the front were so good to help me find a pair of glasses I liked and that worked for me. I really felt like everyone there actually wanted to help me instead of just take my money and get me out the door. Definitely a great experience and highly recommended!

I was seen (no pun intended) by Dr. Landen Hagberg. He was very thorough and personable. The excellent patient care didn't stop there, though. It continued with Amanda who helped assist me in selecting my glasses. She had a great eye for what worked with my face and cheekbone structure. I will most certainly be a returning customer.
