As a business, this doctor's office is AWFUL! My wife set an appointment at 3 pm and waited until after 5 pm before the doctor saw her. Tell me, in what settig is it okay to be over 2 hours late for an appointment? This is not an isolated incident either. This is normal practice for this office. TERRIBLE!!!!!
