They don't take your insurance! When they claim they do, don't believe them!! I got a phone call I was delinquent $165 from an exam eight months previous. They said my insurance wouldn't pay, but my company never received a request for payment! They're highly disorganized and unprofessional!! Don't go there!

Today was the second time we have taken my elderly mother to see Dr. Harbin. She has been a patient of his for many years. His bedside manner leaves much to be improved. He was very dismissive, rude, and gruff with our mother. A gentleman would ask a lady to uncross her legs etc, not just swat at her legs to get her to uncross them! I’ll be spreading my non-recommendation to other neighbors in the neighborhood, The Oaks!!and on Facebook. So sad to see this is how such a large group of people are treated here in Rome. I have never run into anything like this kind of rude arrogance in the Atlanta area where i live!

If there was a number less than 1 I would use it. I was a first time patient with a very specific vision limitation. He whirled in, gave me some bad news and was with me for maybe 5 minutes. He was arrogant, rude and dismissive of my questions about the news he had just relayed. I will not be back under any circumstances

I grew up with Dr. Tom Harbin. My mother was a patient for eye care off and on for 20 years.. I'm presently a patient.. The warmth and professionalism is amazing

I had an appointment at 3:25pm. They called me back right away, the technician was very nice and professional. Then they dailated my eyes then placed me in this room to wait for my doctor. I waited over an hour. I was there almost two hours. I had the leave because I had to pick up my children by 5:30. The wait time was rediculous for the doctor. When I had to leave I still had two people ahead of me. This office doesn’t seem to valve the customers time at all. They over book on purpose. I will not go back.

I cannot say enough good things about Harbin Eye Clinic! Doctor Harton was incredible! I had lasik surgery and himself and the staff treated me exceptionally well! My surgery has been a success and they went above and beyond to make sure my care was top notch. Would definitely recommend them!!!!

Dr. Harton did both mine and my mother's eye surgeries. I have always thought he was a caring and informative doctor. He had the best bedside manner of any doctor I know. Which was really helpful with my mother who had alzheimers and was difficult to work with. He is very good at what he does and other doctors that I have gone to, had nothing but praise for his work. I am very happy with him as my doctor.
