I was having trouble seeing with my current glasses. Dr. Nassar found that I needed a lot more help to see further away with glasses then I thought. I can see clearly now with my new prescription. They even have a wide variety of glasses to choose from. I am pleased with my visit. Can't wait to get my glasses.

DR MANNO HAS MADE EYEGLASSES AND EYE EXAMS FOR ME SINCE THE 90'S. THEY ARE THOROUGHLY AND PROFESSIONALLY AND AT A REASONABLE PRICES.

Excellent service from the front office to the back. They are all very friendly and professional at what they do. They were also very helpful with helping me choose my frames. I love my new glasses. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

My overall experience has been great as I was referred to this doctor to get a quicker surgery date. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. This was evident because I had evaluations from two eye doctors very close together and there methods were more advanced. I’ve completed one cataract surgery and my vision was immediately drastically improved. I experienced very minimal discomfort from the surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nassar and his team.

I had eye surgery at this place and it was sub par, the surgery did not look good at all and still looks pretty bad till this day. Dr. Nasser is really disconnected with his patients and seems like he was just there doing a job and you're just a number. I had Pterygium removal and was given no pain supplements after the surgery. The pain was excruciating and Dr. Nasser told me to go to the ER to get pain meds if I needed them. Pterygium requires that the eye be cut with a scalpel and I was only under local anesthesia. With a good Dr, the eye turns back clear with no signs of trauma. Not with this guy though, My eye has a hole is it and several big blood clots. All in all, he just sucks as a doctor.

I was thoroughly frustrated with my recent visits. I wish I was treated like a person, and not a medical case. I get styes, but because my glands are blocked. Each time I visit, I am given a simple prescription that does not fix the problem. In trying to express my frustration to Dr. Nassar, I felt simply unheard. I wish he would have looked at my meibomian glands, instead of just diagnosing the stye. I wanted him to treat the root of the problem, not the symptom.

Carolyn Mack

I received quality care at this facility, thank you

Appointment set for 10:30am I sat and waited for over 2 1/2 hrs to be seen. Will not be returning. If you plan on going to this eye doctor plan on waiting

A year ago a new sheriff came to town! The new manger Mr. Ayman is doing an amazing job! I was surprised when I visited Eye Specialists of Georgia and noticed their staff advertises in every room on the walls or doors: "We appreciate referrals," and yet they didn't offer me a business card when I left. As I was leaving, I ran into a gentleman on the elevator and expressed to him that I had found my experience at this clinic so amazing, but I wish they had offered me some business cards so I could spread the word about this great place to receive eye care. Little did I know I was speaking with the manager of Eye Specialists of Georgia, Mr. Ayman Nassar. He gave me a hand full of Business cards and listen to my every word. Few (do you hear me people? few) managers will take the time to do this. They would rather hand out an online or written survey by some company for patients to fill out and be done with it. Let me make it clear: I been to several eye clinics and medical facilities in and around Atlanta, Ga and I don't hesitate to say my first visit was my last at many of them. Sometimes I didn't even let the doctor examine me. I do have standards, after all. I find too many medical facilities where the administrative and medical staff members treat clients like they are doing the client a favor. N to the O, NO! Your insurance card or your cash should never be an automatic pass for anyone to treat you like an inferior. I never seen that happen at Eye Specialists of Georgia! Administrative Staff: The administrative personnel was prompt in handling my paper as well as other client's paper work (from what I observed) and they are pretty knowledgeable about eye care overall. If they don't know the answer to a question, they will go out of their way to try and find out. Also, you don't hear a lot of unpleasant personal gossip and they always use appropriate language. Professional Medical Providers: The professional medical team was exceptionally informative, considerate of my individual situation, extremely patient when responding to my inquires. Best of all, they RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY, something you would think all medical professionals would practice. Nope! I lost track of the times I had to tell a medical professional, "Either invite your other clients into the room so we can discuss my health history over coffee and donuts or close the door." I doubt you will ever have to worry about that violation at Eye Specialists of Georgia. Staff communication: I will point out, and it is a matter of preference, the staff called me to the back to start my test using my last name! I do not like being referred to by my first name unless I am being addressed by my full name, first and last. After all, we have never broken bread together, we are not friends; we are business associates. Interior: Yes, Eye Specialists of Georgia needs a face lift. But, they are nowhere near being severely dilapidated like some establishments! When you walk into the waiting room, you don't automatically think hand sanitizer, sit in a fetal position, I need to hold my nose, or I am going to leave here with a skin rash. Instead, I would say it is a little challenged and a new floor is sorely past due. But the good news is, the very open and friendly manager, Mr. Ayman Nassar revealed to me they are in the process of doing a profound facelift. I am looking forward to seeing it. Their janitorial staff obviously does a great job. You can't clean anything with dirty water. There are no greasy smutches on counter tops, equipment and furniture from being wiped down with dirty cloths. The waiting room seating is comfortable and able to fit the average American who is a size 14-16 and up. It is the worst thing in the world to go to any medical facility and feel like you are sharing a seat with the person next to you (or worse, that you are being forced to sit on your neighbor’s lap!). It's the little things! Parking: The side I entered in had an open PARKING LOT THAT'S FREE. Without a doubt, I am going to recommend Eye Specialists of Georgia to others!!

Kreative Xpressionz

I am a first time patient and although the waiting area had EVERY CHAIR FILLED, my wait time was very brief! The staff was friendly and informative. Dr. Nassar was SOOOOOO nice, VERY POLITE, courteous and he answered all questions I had without hesitation. I can't really express just how polite he was and I even told him that on my way out. If recommend him to ANYONE!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very rude unorganized had an appointment for 1pm arrived early told I wouldn't be seen for another 2 hours.

Jordan Noles

They were so professional and kind. They saw me as a walk in. I had been misdiagnosed by two doctors before coming here. I will continue to see them for regular eye screenings going forward.

Atlanta Gilmore

I went to this place and they were very professional and with lots of care. i felt like a king sitting in the chair. i really like the fact that they have a doctor on site to answer every concern that I might have.

The doctor and staff is rude and heartless towards the pts just treat people any kind of ways no compassion for a person who have problems with their eyes .just disgusting

Eathel Lewis

Long time patient with challenges. I canceled. A lot but had been a patient of Dr. Nasser since early in practice. I was never told of cancellation policy and would have paid a cancel fee but to just be told I could no longer be seen there. That hurt.

Noah Hill

Excellent customer service!! I nearly never do reviews but they really took care of me and it was not expensive.

Rune Wingfield

The place is on some type of the buddy buddy friendship plan of some kind. I an appointment and I had to wait about a hour and a half, because I already had an appointment, the Eye Specialists of Georgia office out in Riverdale just let all the Asian friends go in to see doctor NASA before me that's not business-wise at all they don't have to worry about me ever coming back to their I clean it for anything I'm done.

Sister Anne Marie Holden

Everyone was so professional and kind. They had everything written out and called when necessary, I had cataract surgery and it went smoothly.

Little Posh Kids

I was seen here on a Saturday and we were in and out with great results. The doctor found out that I was over minus with my prescription. I was so grateful for that. The staff here is so nice and accommodating, they actually understood my situation.

Krashonda Patterson

My son had a 2pm appointment there on yesterday and he wasn't seen until 3pm. After the tech (who was great) and doctor examined him we were sent to the Optician. The Optician proceeded to tell my son to go pick out the frames he wanted and we advised her he wanted contacts instead. She told me that they didn't have time to give him a tutorial on how to use them so we'd have to come back another time!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! It was ok to have us wait an hour although we had an appointment but once he's seen, he can't get a complete consultation because you don't have time! WOW! My time is just as valuable as theirs. We will be switching doctors.

Shawn Corey rosenburg

everyone there is so nice! and they got me in with a same day appointment, and i don't think i waited more than 20-30 mins in the waiting room. they were way more affordable than i expected and very professional. A+

Faye McNair

I've been going there since 2012 & am very plrase w/ the service.. The staff is outstanding!!

Frankie Jackson

Stephanie the Optician at the Cleveland Ave. location is arrogant, rude. I can only hope the Riverdale location is better.

Patrick Foley

I came in with a corneal ulcer and was scared my eye was in big trouble. Not only did they make sure to see me same day because of the severity, they healed up my eye fully in less than a week. Best service from any company ever. Hands down. Great people as well, very down to earth.

Alwyn Carmichael-Seon

Anisha Childs

Dr. Nassar is such a great doctor and so nice. You might not get the same with front line staff sometimes. If front line staff were like Dr. Nassar this rating would be a 5 plus!!!

These people had me drive all the way from Fairburn to East Point Georgia, to their office, just to turn me around and tell me that my medicaid wouldn't pay for my visit, because, I was one day early coming in and that they only pay for my annual once a year, but, Eye Specialist of Georgia were the ones that called me to make an appointment on that particular day. You didn't catch your error, so you turn me around!?! They're excuse was that my number was disconnected, but I spoke with them 3 different times, on 3 different days, before my appt and before coming in for my appointment. Lack of professionalism on their part, caused me inconvenience. This let's me know that, they failed to do their job (verify current insurance when I called in to confirm appt, the appropriate time for me to do my annual and also failed to authorize a refill on my daughter's eye drops). They could've cared less on much gas and time that was waisted. They even had the nerve to tell me, to reschdule an appt to come back the next day! I already waisted gas and now you're telling me to waist more gas to come back. NO MORE DUMMY MISSIONS FOR ME!!!! Excuses Excuses Excuses!!! Your number was disconnected. I called in, and still they didn't they ask, what my updated number was, out of the 3x I talked to them, your # is disc and we tried contacting you, yeah, but, I called you and you still didn't ask, nor did you take the time to see if my medicaid was even still active or the right day for me to come in. If this was done, it wouldn't have been ANY PROBLEMS!!! Oh and my daughter still hasn't gotten her eyes drops, because, they could care less. I asked for me and my children discharge papers! I will no longer waisted any of my gas nor time with this company. EYE SPECIALISTA OF GEORGIA HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Coit Josey

No complaints.. All is well.

Melda Tate

My experience at Eye Specialists of Georgia services was excellent as usual. My vision had declined considerably and the technician and doctor picked up on my weaknesses and gave me an up graded prescription. I am comfortable with their services and will recommend them to my friends and family. Melda Tate
