Extremely rude staff - call twice to set appointment and to verify if the surgical center is in or out of my insurance network .Both time spoke with very rude persons - they didn't want to answer my questions and I can feel that they were irritate and aggravated with my questions ( or my foreigner accent ?)I called the 3-td time to cancelled appointment because of that .The person was polite and when I told her that only reason that I cancelling the appointment was extremely rudeness of two previous ladies she just said "ok". She didn't care at all that they just lost one patient -possibly more then one since I writing this comment and I will make sure that no one from my friends do not go to this facility as well.

We saw Dr. Fier for a follow-up on complications of a cataract surgery gone wrong in Canada. In a matter of six weeks, he corrected the situation and help my husband regain 60 % of his eyesight in on eye. We left with a complete report on how to keep improving the situation with an eye surgery when going back home. He is professional and courteous; he explains things right AND his staff and students (some of whom speak French) are awesome.

I have been seeing Dr. Palmer since she entered the practice and have had excellent care since. I have a complicated case of eye problems and was not having suscess with any of the doctors I had seen before seeing her. Dr Pamer referred me to the correct eye clinic surgeon,and after glaucoma surgery, my pain has been aleviated. At the time of my eye appointments with Dr Palmer, I was first checked by the technicians. Each technician was knowledgable and professional and very kind. My husband is now a patient of Dr. Pamer andI I have no qualms about referring this office to anyone

I saw Dr Kelly and the crew under some trying circumstances and they handled the problem without complaint. I had a skin cancer removed from my rt. cheek just below my eye and had bulky compression bandage on it. I don't know how the did but we got through it without any delay. Great group

We went here because of an emergency. My wife called ahead to make sure it would be included in our insurance. They initially said we’d be out of network so my wife said, “thanks, but we’ll keep looking.” The receptionist then said, “hold on let me look you up.” She then told us we’d only have to pay a copay and then they would bill insurance. We’ve now found out that we were out of network and owe hundreds of dollars. We had gone back for another procedure and never once received a breakdown of costs assuming that it was all covered by insurance. We only found out that it wasn’t covered when we received a letter from our insurance company. When we called to complain they just gave a list of excuses without offering to waive the cost. There is no way we would have had the second procedure if we had known they weren’t in network and what it was going to cost. We feel that this was really dishonest. Be up front with your customers and don’t try and trick them into using your service, let your good qualities speak for themselves.

I liked his professionalism and demeanor. He was respectful and made suggestions that were practical and productive. He also referred me to a neuro- opthamologist. I will definitely return to see Dr. Seith for many years to come. I appreciate his not 'blowing off' my concerns and questions. He took them seriously and asked me questions. Melody, an intern from Québec, completed the initial exam. She was thorough and gave me good information as she doing the exam. Very pleasant and professional. My calls were 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 2 1/2 hours after their posted hour and one half long lunch breaks. The phone then just hangs up. I would love to have a 4 hour lunch break too but it seems like a bad way to do business.
