One star for the view, one star for the receptionist, one star for the technician who did the exam, no stars for the doctor or the wait. Took forever, my other opthamologist was just as thorough and it never took that long. I'm confused by the reviews below, the reason I picked her, maybe I got the doctor on a bad day. She was not warm, caring, etc. She made no effort to get to know me, I could have been a robot. Not at all engaging. I want a doctor I can have a relationship with, she is not it for me.

I was out of town and developed an eye problem and they not only saw me right away but staff and Dr. Frenkle stayed until after 6 pm to complete very thorough testing to figure out what was wrong. They were all so kind and the service was amazing!
