nice place professional staff but the hours of service are horrible and not conducive to the working class customer's schedule by any means.. I almost have to use up a vacation day just to pick up my glasses from you guys, it's ridiculous..

The absolute worst service ever... they only cater to Medicaid if your a cash paying patient please go somewhere else not here.... as far as Medicaid people I'm sorry you are treated this way due to your circumstances!!!

The doctor that I saw could've been more sociable but the girl that helped me choose my glasses was awesome and for that alone I will be back when I can get replacements.

first time it was ok but last month went in there to get replacement glasses for my son because he lost them i stood there for about 2 hrs before someone will come and attend me i mean there was a customer before and after me well they decided to service the customer after me first , all i wanted was to order another glasses that doesn’t even take long and they didn’t even say anything like we will be right with you or anything, anyway when i finally got to order the glasses on may 22, and 4 weeks later they didn’t even call me i had to call them to check on the glasses the lady said yes there here we try to call you on june 1st , so weird because i didnt have any missed calls or voicemails, it takes just one bad experience for customer to not come back and i not coming back there for my sons next prescription or replacement glasses

My 1st ever eye exam and glass fitting was a good experience. The staff was great and I got walk-in same day service. I agree with the earlier statement about the doctor could have been more social. She was very nice and polite, but at the same time all about her work. Depending how you look at it, it could be a good thing or a bad thing. Overall, good service.
