I would have given negative stars if I could. I was going to be the quickest easiest sale all day, prolly all week for this clown. I walked in, whithin two minutes picked my frames told him I wanted the lenses tinted to serve as sunglasses. He looked me up in the system and says, "yep, your 100% eligible for frames and lenses." Proceeded to enter the order then asked me for $40. When I asked him what it was for since I'm 100% covered for vision care he couldn't tell me and said I'd have to call my vision care company and ask. I didn't pay him, he said I could pay when I picked them up. After I left I called Davis vision and ling story short he added additional coverages and options without asking g whether I wanted any of it, nor did I ask for any of it. What a thief. When u went back in to question him, his reply was "well I just always add that stuff on to everyone's order." ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT A DISHONEST CROOK TO RIP YOU OFF.

My advice is to be knowledgeable of what is covered by your insurance, don’t rely on manager or staff. Although they did inform me incorrectly that my glasses were covered, they did in the end make things right. They do have a good selection and Lisa and Jeff are very friendly.

Will definitely go back! Purchased an awesome set of Polo frames with double jointed spring hinges and memory titanium bridge. You can bend them in half and they snap right back! This was last fall just before an overseas vaca. Now 8 months later the lenses were pretty banged up (my fault). It was time for new lenses and they were sure to cost me $150 or more. Jeff was there just like last year. He proudly informed me that he automatically signs you up for 1 yr warranty for $30 and you only pay if you return for a claim. Got to keep these awesome frames with new lenses for $30. Whoopee!
