Dr Toscani who has an office in this Fore Eyes location is less than accommodating when it comes patients. It took me over 4 days and multiple phones calls and requests to speak with her. Once I made contact she made it clear she was more concerned with cranking out eye exams than my ability to actually see.

Horrible! They tightened the screws on my glasses that I have had for 3 years. Couple days later I tried to fold the glasses and the temple snaps on me from the hinge. I take it to them & calmly explained what happened. The employee proceeded to tell me theres nothing they can do about it and that i would need to buy new glasses. No remorse or anything for the fact the screw was too tight & proceeded to start the sleazy sales pitch on me.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. They fixed a pair of sunglasses by replacing some hardware with higher quality parts on the spot and in minutes.

I ran into this office in a pinch for a new contact prescription. Instead of treating me with contempt for asking for an on the spot appointment, the staff in the doctor's office kindly began working with me even though it was almost close to closing time. The office staff was professional, the man who did my preliminary exam was efficient and explained each step to me, and the doctor herself was kind and thorough. I would highly recommend this office.

Terrible website and poor customer service. I booked an early appointment online and received an email confirmation only to walk in and be told that not only was my appointment not in the system but there wasn't even a doctor in that day. The receptionist blamed me for not waiting for a phone call from a technician (never mentioned online) and for not scheduling the appointment over the phone. I am usually a patient person but this was absurd.

I have been a customer since 1990. Since they were bought out several years ago I have seen the quality of their glasses go down hill. I will not be returning.

Fantastic service. Everyone in the office was so incredibly nice, from the person who greeted me at the door to the doctor's assistant, to the doctor herself. Highly recommended.

OPTOMETRIST; I dread making appointments for doctors, so I ended up just walking here and asking for one and they were able to accommodate me even that day if I wanted to. The appointments are 40 min, so if you live/work nearby, this is a great place to come since they're flexible. Dr. Ward is a young dude (easy on the eyes..hehe no pun intended) and the receptionist/techs were really nice and quick. The office isn't anything fancy, but whatevs. UPSTAIRS STORE; The people are usually older and so sweet. They've fixed my sunglasses for me (tighten/clean) and my regular glasses many times quick and easy and for free. They're a little slow trying to get you an actual quote for your glasses, but I understand they need to check your insurance, and do a buncha things. I ended up getting a great deal since they were running a 50% off promo for mothers day. The selection isn't greaaat I'd say (not a ton of designer brands). But I found that good in a sense because I just picked one up that I liked and went with it. But if you're looking for more style, more selection, this isn't your place. They also could reallyy use a interior decorator to umf this place. That 50% promo sign was made in black and white on Word with cartoon flowers lOLLL, the old ladies who work there prob made it and didn't know how to make it look nice. The carpet is old, you feel like you're in the 60's when you're in there.. again whatevs, just a comment.

Make sure you have all your insurance information perfect before you go. I unfortunately made a mistake and gave them the insurance for the equipment only and ended up paying out of pocket. When I called back to fix the error they told me their policy was not to reimburse because that was the info they were given. It seems as though once they are paid, they no longer care. Oh, and still waiting for a call for test contacts to come in three weeks later.

The staff on the upstairs is great, but the ones who work directly with the Dr. Downstairs Sucks, when I arrived for my 2pm appointment as a new patient I was told the Dr. Had to leave early, no one thought to call me then they tried to lie and said my appointment was for 1:45pm. Unbelievable!

The protection plan doesn't cover lost or stolen glasses, so don't waist your time or money and go some where else.
