Front desk staff are extremely rude. One of the schedulers told me that I was rude because she did not understand my request and I asked to speak to someone else. They are usually rude over the phone and nice in person

While treatment has been satisfactory, office management shows lack of respect for the patients time. My last two visits have required a one hour wait each time. Can the office not do better at scheduling and keeping their own appointments?

Wait times are honestly no worse than any other busy doctor’s office in Wilmington. Avoid peak hours and it is a non-issue. You shouldn’t be going to any form of doctor’s appointment if you’re in a hurry anyway. Doctors and staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Don't expect to be called for your appointment anywhere near the time that you actually make it for. They always over book. The doctors are great but the front desk staff is terrible. They are rude, ask you to sign forms acknowledging you received information that they did NOT give you, and clearly don't care about their patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Brosman for several years and I have very poor vision. Dr. Brosman has helped me to see better than any eye doctor ever has! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Dr. Brosman spent more time talking about personal business than he did doing his job. Perhaps if you worry about some of the trash you hire at your office you wont have time to worry about putting decent people down at other offices.

If I could give negative stars I would. Positives: friendly staff. Negatives: overcrowded building, you will always wait for a call back for contacts (No one will ever answer the the phone), EXTREME WAIT TIMES. I have finally switched eye doctors, but when I went there for three years, not one single appointment was on time, typically running 45 to 60 minutes behind schedule time. If you are retired, elderly, or have the day off, and you are looking to waste the day, make an appointment here!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Don't recommend going here . The amount of time to get attended was out rages even after a scheduled appointment. Got there at 2:20 and didn't leave untill 4:10 .

Absolutely horrible, I waited over a hour to have my eyes examined and still had to wait another hour to seen by a real doctor. It smells like trash in here and the techs we’re so rude. I don’t require anyone come here for anything. Complete horrible and a waist of time!!!!

After waiting for a half hour, I was taken to several rooms by techs/aides to do eye tests my former eye doctors did themselves. Then, I sat in a waiting room for ten minutes to be taken to the examination room where I waited for 30 minutes. I was about to walk out when the doctor finally came in, he looked at the results from the techs, asked me what kind of contacts I wanted, and left the room. I don't plan to ever return to this doctor's office and I hope no one else will be subject to such poor care.
