I came to this office to get an eye exam for contact lenses. When asking questions about my insurance a second associate at the counter told me that I was already 15 minutes into my appointment window (I had been filling out paperwork and sitting in the waiting room) and told me if I thought somewhere else was going to charge me less I was welcome to go elsewhere. Seems no way to talk to a patient asking routine question about their insurance. Probably should have know this place was terrible since the first page of their paperwork says they won't tolerate violence or profanity in their office.... DON'T GO HERE. Unprofessional SCAMMERS. Made an appointment elsewhere and got my exam and contacts for $41.

The front office staff Heather and Kelly are very unprofessional and rude and it’s sad because the doctor is a nice guy but he doesn’t know what’s going on with his unprofessional staff they are hurting his business and I will not be returning

This place is awful. The girls at the front counter are very unprofessional and seem very unhappy to help you or give you information. I called them and told them I was running back home because I forgot my insurance card and I would be a few minutes late. The girl on the phone said ok and when I walked in the office she informed me that I was 12mins late and I would have to reschedule, I couldn't believe it. There was literally no one else in the office and they told me I had to reschedule. Wow not a friendly office at all. Save your time and go somewhere else.
