Went to opticare today with my client who is ABI. The desk staff was good and so where the assistants. But when we finally got to see doctor Peterson he was very mean. I got an A hole vibe from him. Reason being because the volume on my phone was on. I was on instagram and it started to make sound. He yelled at me to turn it off so I did. At least I thought I did. It later then came back on and he got upset left the room. Nearly slamming the door. He then proceeded to tell his assistant that we can be on our way because my phone was making noise. He’s an eye doctor not a hearing doctor so I still don’t understand what the issue was. Think he came to work already upset and took it out on me. Very disappointed in this location. Don’t go to grand view. Go to lake wood heard it’s way better.

I came to this office an I was very happy with all the staff. Dr. Dua performed both surgeries. She is an amazing doctor, with great skills all around. This is a great place to go for any eye needs!!!!

Had my ICL surgery done here. Very pleased with the professional and courteous staff. It was definitely expensive but you also get what you pay for and it is your eyes... Dr. Cervantes was amazing, definitely refused to take any shortcuts (my eyes took much longer than expected to dilate on both surgery days but it never said "Ehh, it's close enough" even though I was late going in for surgery. Since I was the first patient on the second day, a nurse even said that I could come in early since she would be there to get the eye drops started sooner. I wish I had done this much sooner.

Dr. dua's assistants not that friendly. Du. Dua is a good dr. but NO personality. She does not explain and mostly the time when I left the office, I didn't know anymore than I did before the examination. I also became afraid of her. Also they have no consideration for time. If I was the first pt. I waited as much as 2 hours to see her. The assistant always gave the same excuse. Stuck in traffic.

Came in at 8:45 for a 9 am appointment. They called in at 9:35am just to do a eye check up after that you have to wait more time to see the DR had to take half a day from work just for glasses. No order for turns in the back.Rude Staff ,Slow service First time visit and it would be the last

Dr Jacoma is amazing as well as his assistants and front staff all great too. If you have chronic dry eyes like me you must see Dr Jacoma! He's so knowledgeable and helpful! I am thankful I found him.

The doctor are nice some staff needs ethics standard in professionalism some of the staff forget what is the meaning of clients' satisfaction and services I understand this office is very busy, but please some staff to take courses of customer services ASAP

I have been bringing my mother here she happy with the care and staff. but they need more doctor's as they have a lot of patients and you can expect to be here well over a hour .

When will this stop on America. I took my mom for eye surgerywhich I paid almost $2000. This staff from Optical eye care in Grandview Waterbury could not figure out how to pronounce my mother’s name . I tried to help her and this lady has the gut to tell a 72 year old woman, “ whatever you are called .” Which I think it is insulting. I am so ashamed of her so I responded and said to her , “ excuse me! What did I just heard you say?”

Waited over 2 hours to see doctor and be essentially told "I don't know" about occuring symptoms and sent on my way.

Overbooked, overcrowded & God forbid you bring a beverage in.......Dr, uncertain which one (female)....I was trying to advocate for client who is hearing impaired.... I was quickly dismissed by Dr. Smdh!!

My mom had an appointment today at 3pm they ask to arrive 15 mins early which we did. We waited in the waiting for about 20 mins we we're then brought to a room and they preformed a test. Then they asked us to take a seat in a seperate waiting room. We have been waiting for an hour to see the cataract Dr who is supposedly going to help my mom at no point did they come and give us an update about when we we're going to be seen. This opticare is so outdated and brown. Brown because the carpet is brown walls are brown chairs are brown the entrance is brown. EVRRYTHING IS BROWN AND OLD. I prefer going to opticare on Lakewood and see Dr. Mulligan who is awesome and their building is way better. As well as their customer service! Expect to come here at your scheduled appointment and wait a lot longer than what your appointment was scheduled.
