DESCRIPTION

Here we offer you all the opinions of real people like you who buy the products of Norwich Ophthalmology Group (Ophthalmologist) in Connecticut.

At the moment the business receives a rating of 2.4 stars over 5 and that score has been based on 14 reviews.

As you can see the average of ratings that it reaches is quite low, and it is founded on quite a few opinions, so the score is reasonably faithful, although it doesn't have a very high amount of ratings to confer it total credibility.

As you know, we don't usually stop to give feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

REVIEWS OF Norwich Ophthalmology Group IN Connecticut

Dr. Goldstein told me I was near sighted and wrote me a far sighted script. Not a good Dr. or place. I do not recommend going there at all!!!

Bruce Caisse

I was seen by Dr. Kothari and was very satisfied with the care I received. She was very thorough and I left confident that I was in good hands for an eye injury I had sustained.

Leslie Bumpus

Dr Goldstein and all staff are incredible, timely, respectful, knowledgable, and kind. I highly recommend!!!

Astha Marasini

Nathalie Rosa

Not the worst but definitely not the best

Stephanie Silva

They have always been great about getting me in quickly when experiencing an eye emergency. Dr. Slocumb made me feel comfortable during a procedure that previously had me feeling nervous. Kind and sympathetic staff all around.

Patricia Kelly

Check in went great. The woman that started examining me never identified herself. I told her I was a bit hard of hearing yet she continued to ask me questions with her back to me. Finally she faced me and was very loud, then said while checking the time " I need to move this along." The eye doctor was professional and polite. She said I didn't need new lenses. I asked if the bearded man with glasses, that was sitting at a desk in front of the frames, if he could put my lenses in another identical frame. He said yes but acted like I was bothering him. After switching them I realized the were still in the wrong frame. When I mentioned it he SNATCHED them out of my hand and walked away. When he returned and I put them on they were crooked. I asked if he could help me. He responded "what do you want me to do?" I will not go back there!

Eric Wycoff

Extremely unprofessional business practices all around, I had asked my doctor Dr. Ani Shaw what exactly my eye condition was, told me to "look up my eye condition online for more info" which is completely unacceptable and very concerning. When going to get my eyes measured from my pupillary distance I asked if they could write it down on my prescription for my glasses and they said that I can just call in a to get my PD information later once it is in the "system" (even thought they just took a measurement right in front of me!) So then I later call in for my PD and they tell me that they can't give that information out over the phone!? After demanding them that I get my PD over the phone they finally give it to me after being transferred to someone else and I will never go back to this place because they do not care about there patients well being.

Dean Morse

Excellent care and very nice man, I recommend his services highly

osborne1971 .

Have sufficient health insurance, which I provided only to get a bill and then being told it was not provided and NOW they dont accept that type of insurance. Paid the bill and would not recommend this place at all. Even their partner for selecting new glasses is nothing but an upsell.

Jon Campuzano

You would think these people would figure it out by now but clearly peoples reviews and feedback don’t matter to them.

This place is terrible

Roy Piper

Had a follow-up appointment this morning at 7:50 am. At 8:05, I went up to desk to determine status of my application. I was then told that there was a problem with who I was scheduled to see. Even though I had a follow-up appointment, they did not know who I was supposed to have. It appears that I could have sat there a lot longer and not been called if I had not spoken up. Unsatisfactory experience this morning.

Scott Kennedy

Dr. Oakley was very rude, unsympathetic , and made me feel like I am the one with a problem and was very belittling. I was seriously upset over my blurred vision. While the news that I didn't have major eye problem was good news, trying to explain what I was seeing and feeling fell on closed ears. I left not knowing what I should do next after I had asked him for his advice. I got nothing.
