I just lost an hour of my time for nothing. I was finally walked back over half an hour past my appointment time to find out I was scheduled with a doctor who doesn't provide the service I specifically went in for. Their geriatric reception staff has lost they ability to listen to or comprehend patient needs or even to be courteous, if they ever possessed these qualities in the first place, which I highly doubt.

I had a very pleasant and professional experience. I saw Dr. Olayanju and she was excellent -- explaining in detail what was going on, providing lots of information and made me feel very comfortable. The whole staff was great, and I will most certainly be back.
