Dr. Leslie Doctor is one of the caring and compassionate doctors I have ever seen. She treated my son who had a horrendous eye injury and she treated me in the initial exam for a torn retina, and in both cases we had the best possible care, handled quickly and with great care.

I guess the service is OK, but their time management is terrible... Waiting for 45 minutes after the agreed appointment time for a simple eye exam is just not professional.

My family and I have known Dr. Leslie Doctor for years. Dr. Leslie Doctor is an amazing doctor and person. I have had eye procedures as well as my parents, and other family members and we felt so confident and comfortable with her knowledge and compassion. I couldn't imagine seeing any other ophthalmologist. If you are in need for an ophthalmologist I highly recommend Dr. Leslie Doctor.

This is a very inefficient office. It looks like they over book their appointments. I had to wait 55 minutes before my name was called. The technician did all the tests in 10-15 minutes and then had to dilate my eyes. Right after this I was waiting another 35 minutes. I asked for a doctor once and was told she is with another patient. After waiting for another 10 minutes I had to leave for another appointment without seeing Leslie Doctor. I notified Maria at the front desk that almost 2 hours wait from the appointment time is not acceptable by any standard. I got no apology or explanation. They are too busy so a few unhappy customers will be ok for this practice.

50 F'ing MINUTES!, these clowns had me waiting. I left. Did not even have the courtesy to let me know they were running behind, or tell me to come back when they were ready. I would love to know how much longer it would have been

My family and I have been going to Dr. Leslie Doctor for almost 20 years. This doctor is an amazing physician and extremely talented Eye Surgeon. Her "bedside" manner is so professional, caring and thoughtful. She does Cataract Surgery with Premium Lens implants assisted by the Laser assisted approach. Dr. Leslie also preforms Lasik surgery in her Westport location. She does not rush through her appointments and her attention to detail is just perfection. I recommend Dr. Leslie Doctor for any procedure having to do with the eyes. She is so knowledgeable, caring and professional. Do not hesitate to contact her office for an appointment.
