Dr. Brotsky was very short with my mother when my mother was asking her questions. She left the room before all the questions were answered when all my mom was doing was saying “right”to let Dr. Brotsky know she was understanding what she was saying. Not impressed. Glad she’s not my eye Doctor.

Just needed my eyes examined. Was not there learn how or where to buy glasses. Dont appreciate businesses making recomdations on questions not asked. And what was the nonsense about "you can blame your parents for your eyes"......... Just needed my eyes examined.

Dr. Jeng was recommended by a trusted friend, he had impressive credentials, my research was positive. I made an appointment with him, took the day off and arrived early to complete paperwork, only to find out that I was scheduled with Dr. Brotsky and Dr. Jeng didn't have anything open. This business may have extraordinary doctors, but if their office staff aren't bright enough to get me in to see the doctor of my choice, this practice is ineffective and inefficient in my opinion.

I have had poor vision my entire life. I went to Dr. Jeng for cataract surgery and found him to be kind, patient and thorough. Before I could have thr catarct surgery Dr. Jeng had to make drains in my eyes with a laser and then I had to wait for a month for my eyes to return to their original shape since I had worn contacts since 1961. He was thorough in all phases of treatment and we chose Toric lens with all the correctionin them that my contacts had. Today I can better than at any time in my life!

Books 4 to 5 patients at a time! Can take up to 3 hours for an appointment. Greed No apology for delays! We took the first appointment available at 7 am and were already the 3rd patient to check in! 20 minutes in the waiting room already!! Not worth it

Drs Welch and Brotsky are great! We get diabetic eye exams here. Went back today for glaucoma testing and Lasik screening, as well as other tests like cataracts. Everyone here is wonderful! Polite and friendly, and very knowledgeable and professional. The facility is quite large and very clean and well-lit. Good parking with overflow available on street. Easy to see and find.
