This is my third visit. The first two visits I was told that there would be a 1/2 hour wait because they were behind. Today wasn't told anything and I am still waiting at 3:34pm for a 2:45 appt. This is the only retina specialist in Colorado Springs. You would think they'd have enough money to buy more than one laser. RIDICULOUS!

After a 2 1/2 hour wait Dr Rich was in the room maybe 10 minutes and when this was brought up and questions were asked about the direction of treatment Dr Rich proceeded to call my father stupid 6 times! Completely unacceptable behavior from a docotor!

Dr Rich is highly competent and restored my vision, I had a torn retina and risked losing my vision. Thanks doctor!

What is the purpose of having an appointment when the doctors cannot even do there job to keep up with the demand. You either get ur act together and do your dang job or cut back on patients there is no reason For a patient to wait 45 minutes after your appointment Time to be seen then you go and ask what the hold up is and they tell you oh it should be another 15 minutes. What the heck. Have these people ever heard of time management. This place really sucks when it comes to time management.
