Nice front desk staff, horrible doctor. I had a MAJOR panic attack because he forced me to get the glaucoma testing. He didn't care. Very rude man. Never introduced himself, never explained what he was doing. My eyes were so red and irritated from my panic attack, puff test, and from trying on 3-4 contact lenses that I had to take the contacts out before I left the waiting room. I wore them today for 2 hours, and realized that one eye has the wrong prescription. My eyes also feel extremely irritated and one feels goopy

I went in to have some glasses adjusted. Ayjaira helped me. She adjusted all of my glasses perfectly, and I am exceedingly picky, and very quickly. Weeks later my glasses are still perfect. I think she deserves a promotion! She was so knowledgeable. She barely had to look at my glasses and adjusted them on the first try. My sister manages a store in Florida, and I told her about my amazing experience. She said she sounds like an asset to any store!

Most incompetent Auto department in the country. I should have suspected something when I pulled up and they had NO CUSTOMERS OR CARS in their 6 bays. Took me 15 minutes just to find a person: walked all over, outside and inside before I found 1 person who was off duty. Then they took 25 minutes to pull my van in the garage, then only to tell me they could not do my oil change. Went to Jiffy Lube, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. I normally go to Walmart to change my oil, 8 or 9 times a year, all over the country. That is WHY I know, this locations Auto department is so incompetent. Not one of them would I ever hire, even to take the garbage out.

I've been getting my contacts here, and glasses here for about 5 or 6 years now. I have never had a problem with this place the staff has always been so nice and helpful. I like how sometimes they will send coupons if you are in the system and have been a while, or when you need an eye exam and you havent gone they send you a reminder in the mail. It's helpful.

Horrible customer service!! The girl that was working the front didn't even acknowledge us as we were looking to buy safety glasses. A couple years ago the service was amazing now it's just like any other Walmart.
