I am beginning year four since my lasik procedure. The results cannot be better. Lasik is one of the best things I have done in my life. Now, I am free from wearing glasses. Dr. Hines and his team made me feel a part of the procedure and the surgery process was comfortable. Dr. Cushing has been tremendous with all the follow-up visits and I am fully informed of my eye health. Thanks everyone with the Hines-Sight Team!

I am on year five of my surgery and Dr. Hines did an amazing job. I am starting to notice that my right eye is starting to go bad again so I called and asked to reschedule with Dr. Hines. Unfortunatly the good Doctor has retired or is retiring, I couldn't hear the lady on the phone. So I am not going to trust my eyes to some random dude. I trusted Dr. Hines because he helped out the Broncos, Avs and rockies and whatnot. I don't know who the new doctor is. Oh well, my left eye is still 20/20 and I will be fine getting one contact. haha.

TRUST YOUR EYES!? Yo bet!! Dr. Hines and his team are all that you need to feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. I found this group to demonstrate the utmost in professionalism and personal attention. YES! TRUST YOUR EYES TO HINES! Dr.Hine's office accommodated my needs and schedule. They worked with me to find a way and the time to getting my sight back and ready for teaching. This is a team that bends over backwards to help the "old fashioned way" - patient by patient. You'll never feel like cattle herded along without a voice! YES! TRUST YOUR EYES TO HINES! My experience before working with this team on my cataract eye surgery was nothing short of impersonal, stressful, and nerve racking. When the doctors and the office staff take your hand and tell you to relax and they'll take care of things....they mean it! YES! TRUST YOUR EYES TO HINES. In retrospect, the only thing I should have done differently, was to go to Hines FIRST. YES! TRUST YOUR EYES TO HINES!

Dr Hines took my money but did not tell me that the latest statistics for cataract formation for these devices are that cataract formation is quite high. Also my cataract surgeon told me that very few surgeons work with these implants due to problems and a high skill level is required to implant, or there is rapid cataract formation.

I found communication to be an issue with staff and dr to help me answer questions. If you expect or need customer service, I'd go to an office that has time for their patients. These people are either too busy, or unwilling to help. .. I was asked to go to someone else who was willing to decipher test results for me. My insurance company and I both paid for 3 visits to this office and now I need to go pay another office for results on tests. Unfortunate unhappy customer -
