Wonderful Doctor, wonderful man, great staff!!

This office is AMAZING. Let me start off by saying my father has gone there since he was a child! As soon as we realized I would need to have vision correction, I started to see Dr. Campbell as well. We both have very bad eyesight. They have always gone above and beyond to help both of us out, worked with us on payments, and done everything they can to bill our insurance correctly so we pay as little out of pocket as possible. I am 23 and always waiting until the last minute to make appointments ( like prescription is expired too long) and Ulta(spelling) has done EVERYTHING she can to help me out. I love this doctor, and everyone in his office. If you're looking for a new optician CHECK THEM OUT <3

Always a friendly and accomodating staff. Dr Campbell is thorough and very professional. He always give time to answer questions, Always prompt, i have never waited more than five minutes. He screens for problems related to diabetes. He uses high tech equipment. I recommend Dr Campbell highly.

I can't attest for how the office is run or the service of the doctors, as my first impression was just a phone call. I called just wanting a ballpark estimate of cost of lasik before making an appt and got transferred to "Mimi" from the receptionist and the automated voice menu. She kept saying she was the wrong person to talk to and to call back to the "right person" but wouldn't give me a different extention or transfer me, so I unintentionally kept getting transferred to her. She was extremely rude and condescending, kept calling me "honey" and taking over me, yet would still not help me. As I understood she was the finance dept, if I had any problem/ discrepency with financing that I would have to resolve through her, I would not trust that I would be listened to or that my issue would be solved. I would definitely not walk through their door knowing finance was going to give me that hard of a time.
