Whoever said there are no long wait times must have had a miracle. I had a college exam, made sure they knew that, and was still here 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I just had to leave and was still not called back by the time I left. Ridiculous. Don't schedule if you can't keep your appointment time, CEC!!!!!

Bill Hollmann

Cheyenne Eye Clinic is great! I've had a total of four eye surgeries there -- two cataract surgeries and two other related surgeries. Dr. Miller and Dr. Johnston took care of me, and I highly recommend them both. I could not be happier with their treatment of me and with the results. The entire staff there is awesome.

Karen M

My experience was wonderful. Everyone with whom I had interaction was friendly and courteous. Dr. Cole is a wonderful doctor and made accommodations for me with regards to my job schedule. I recommend the Cheyenne Eye Clinic to anyone who wants great service and an excellent staff,

Cody Sturgis

They seem to care about their clients and try to get things resolved as soon as possible.

Bob Stephan

Yesterday I went for a long scheduled appointment. The technician checked my eyes for the right prescription, did the pressure check, and then dilated my eyes. THEN told me that the MD was NOT coming in until 2 hours later. I had another appointment scheduled so I could not wait around for this period of time. They rescheduled me for this morning to see the Ophthalmologist. When I arrived and was taken back they wanted to do EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN. This is totally not necessary. I knew that my eyes would need to be dilated (which is worse than getting my teeth cleaned), but to redo everything again is a total waste of time. I walked out and do NOT plan on going back. I will find a new Ophthalmologist and eye clinic after 40 years.

Sandy Schilousky

I was very pleased was not the long wait as in past years. 4 or 5 years ago you had to wait for over an hour before you even was called back. You are doing a good job

Andrew Stewart

They don't honor appointments. My wife made an appointment here 2 weeks prior because of my good experience here. When it came time for her appointment, they couldn't find anyone to actually help her. She even took time off work for the appointment. We won't be doing business with a place that can't honor commitments with their patients.

Cheyenne Eye Clinic is the best. Although the office is quite busy, everyone from the receptionists to the technicians and doctors are always patient, friendly, helpful and willing to listen to vision concerns. Dr. Miller is wonderful. She keeps a close watch on my significant vision issues. She is clear, open and honest. She stays abreast of the latest developments in the field. I'm happy too that I don't have to travel (even further) to Colorado for this quality care.

Brandy Graham

Dr. Pearce is incredible. I have complete and total faith in him and his staff!

My experience with Cheyenne Eye Clinic (CEC) began as I was trying to use my vision insurance before moving and changing jobs. I called CEC to find out how much an eye exam for glasses and contacts would cost. Even though my insurance does pay over $100 for an exam, different places will charge you additional fees for things like "lens fitting fees". This additional amount varies from $0 to over $150, depending only upon how deeply the particular business wants to gouge you. CEC did carry the brand of prescription sunglasses I was interested in. I decided to go in and check with the front desk to see exactly how far they were going to go with additional charges for an exam, of course this is on top of the $120 my insurance already pays them. I was told it was at least $120 extra but they could/would not give me an exact figure because it can vary depending on which type of lenses I need. I informed her that I have been wearing the same type of contact lenses for many years and perhaps she could check with someone who had more knowledge and possibly assume that I will need the same type of lenses I have always used and just give me a soft quote based on that information. She checked with the billing manager who reaffirmed that they could/would not give me a dollar amount. I would have to go forward with the exam and see how much they wanted to charge me afterwards. Unbelievable! I declined and got my exam done elsewhere. So I say no thanks to their $250 eye exam and return with my prescription from another company (interestingly enough, the same doctor works where my exam was free as well as this place where they wanted an additional $120+?). I did see some frames I liked so I figured I would just get my glasses here. I go in to try them on and the periphery of the lenses are so distorted that I couldn't see anything clearly once I looked only a few degrees off of straight ahead. I told them I could not wear these, I would get headaches, and be unable to safely drive or do anything more than sit in a lawn chair and get headaches. They informed me that the curve (or wrap) of the frame coupled with the strength of my prescription was what was causing this, that it was normal, and suggested that I try them for a week and I would probably get used to them. I refused, told them I wanted a different pair. We picked out another pair of frames with a flatter profile, even measured the curvature and decided that this pair would have a better result. I again wait for the new glasses to come in. Again, the sunglasses are unwearable due to severe distortion of my peripheral vision. I was able to find another suitable pair of sunglass frames and agreed that if they didn't work, I would just be stuck with them. I wait another 10 days or so for these to come in. Lo and behold, I could actually see out of them! Finally! Unfortunately, I didn't inspect these glasses very closely and once I got to my car, I noticed a significant scratch on the lens. Unbelievable! Third pair of glasses, over a month of waiting, and I do not have a suitable pair of glasses. So, I have to send the entire frame/lens back to Maui Jim, they will not simply send me another set of unscratched lenses or a new pair of glasses. No, I have to wait for shipping back and forth, and at least 3 days turnaround time at their factory. Finally, by this time, my move date is upon me. I will not be able to use these for my upcoming backpacking trip, which was the main reason I wanted them in the first place. What I would like to see is them clearly explaining something like, "hey, before we order these, you should know that with those frames and your prescription, you will have significant distortion of your peripheral vision." Wow, how that would have been helpful. This is clearly a known issue that should have been discussed. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I went to Cheyenne Eye Clinic when my my former Ophthalmologist moved and I couldn't be more pleased I made the right choice. Dr Miller and Dr Anderson have provided me with the finest of care. The Ophthalmology Technicians are the most skilled I've ever encountered, and the staff is always bright and friendly. On note about one very positive and important plus for me is that everyone from the reception desk person to the doctors is that they know how to speak to people with impaired hearing. That may not seem like much, but anyone with bad hearing knows exactly what I'm saying. I also received cataract surgery at Cheyenne Eye Clinic. It will be my Ophthalmology care place from now on out.

Edward King

Thank you so very much for the caring and passionate and professional care I recieved at your business today. You truly are a God send.

Health Cert

I was very happy to meet Dr. Nottage. A fine experience. She was interested in my care and I appreciate her feedback. Her Assistant, was very helpful and took time to explain the different tests she was doing. The Optician, Ryan, I believe, was very very helpful in helping me select my new frames. I look forward to getting my new glasses.

Christa Dierksen

Cheyenne Eye Clinic is very good, I have not had any problems there. The staff is very helpful and efficient. Dr. Arnold is very good, I think, very thorough.

Kathy Steen

Dr. Johnston is an excellent Doctor. He is very thorough and takes the time needed for a thorough exam. I see Dr Miller for my glaucoma. She keeps in check and believe she is the best doctor for my needs. Very personable. Dr Pearce is a kind and gentle Doctor. I had an eyelid procedure. Prior to surgery he explained what was to happen and post surgery instruction. He took the time to call the next day to see how I was doing. Cheyenne Eye Clinic meets all my needs.

Cheyenne Eye Clinic has always provided exceptional care, and excellent service to me and my family. They unquestionably have the best eye doctors in the State of Wyoming!

Denise Benning

I have been a patient at Cheyenne Eye Clinic for at least 10 years and have always had prompt and careful eye exams and recently went through cataract surgery. Everyone of the staff is friendly, warm and caring. And I would recommend them highly!

Brad Bernard

Well worth the drive to Cheyenne in my opinion. They have a great staff at the clinic and Doctor Miller is great. I know we are getting state of the art care there. We also order our contacts from them. The prices are good and we get them two days after our appointments. Great place for all of your eye care needs.

Robert Whittaker

I had an appointment time at 8am and had to be to work by 9am. I waited until 8:30am and told the front desk I had to get to work and then finally a tech showed up. I explained to the tech she is very late and all I get is an "I understand" very rudely. I didn't even get an apology from the front desk requesting to cancel my appointment. This to me shows they don't respect me as a patient or my time. I have noticed in the other comments others have experienced this issue and others have been seen in a timely manner. Many people after me who checked in were me were promptly seen. However, you might be an unlucky one so be prepared to wait a long period of time like I have and to be sure you have NO OTHER OBLIGATIONS for the whole day. Edit: After telling this story to one of my coworkers she informed me she use to work at the eye clinic and told me they triple book patients! Unbelievable I made this appointment a year in advance!

Dee Alcala

The cheyenne eye clinic is by far the best eye clinic I have ever been to. The quality of care is outstanding. Dr. Marty has always been so accommodating. He worked with me until I was completely satisfied with the contact lenses he fit me with. The front desk staff are all very nice and will make you feel like a client who has reason to be there. I have always felt completely confident that I was in good hands with my eye doctor, doc Marty. I would, without a doubt, highly recommend the Cheyenne Eye Clinic for all of your eye care needs. Schedule your appointment today, don't delay.

kevin whalen

I've always experienced professional, courteous folk here, from the people checking me in to the opthalmological care team and follow up visits! Great human beings!!

James Mackey

I was treated pleasantly and professionally but did feel like not all my questions got answered.

Rebecca Schuddinck

Great, very fine people, service. Give them a try.

Delbert Hansen

Great timely service ... extremely professional in their approach and report of my eyes from year to year

Lynn Birleffi

Cheyenne Eye Clinic is always incredibly thorough and communicative. Our eyes are so sensitive and yet certainly one of our most important organs. Cheyenne Eye Clinic has gotten me through some rough times and today I can say, my eyes are in good condition.

Kris Vines

Very courteous and helpful!

Teresa Poage

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Anne Miller at the Cheyenne Eye Clinic and Surgery Center. I have always been very near sighted. After my cataract surgery, I can see without any corrective glasses for the first time in my life. There is absolutely no reason to go elsewhere when we have such qualified eye doctors right here. I highly recommend them.

Rose slatten

Cheyenne Eye clinic is the best! Professional in every way, their skill is only outweighed by their kindness in patient care. Dr. Johnston and Dr Miller are both the epitome of the truely caring physician and lead all their staff by example on how to care for patients. From the clerk who greets you upon checking in to their office, to the technicians who assist you, everyone who works there deserves kudos for patient care. I feel privileged to be a patient. ,

John Wagner

I've used this clinic for eye care since it has been in existence, I'd guess 30+ years. I've had cataracts removed from both eyes by Dr Miller. I don't hesitate in giving them the highest recommendation for technical competence and courtesy.

Leland Johnson

Very friendly and helpful. Answered every question I had.

Leo Salo

The staff was very thorough. The is very nice.

Janet Jenkins

It has been great.

Michael Sitton

excellent care and support

Frank Morrow

l have had wonderful care from Dr Djkstal, Dr Millin, and Dr Johnson over many years. Dr. D also treated my wife long ago. To say l am satisfied woul be an understatement.

Shirley Kelley

I had a great experience with the eye clinic, they provided the ultimate in eye care when I had cataract surgery done on both of my eyes.

L. G. Vernon

I had the unfortunate experience of tearing my left retina. I was seen by Dr. Johnstone, who subsequently performed surgery to resolve my condition. I found Dr. Johnstone to be very focused, very thorough, and extremely dedicated. He saved my sight. The clinic is well-run. I did not wait longer than 5 minutes before my appointments and found all staff to be very competent. I highly recommend Cheyenne Eye Clinic.

Edward Winslow

Considering the number of patients they did a very good job I was in at 1pm and out at 3pm complete eye exam.

Daren Demott

Nice people

Kelly Randall

The staff was pretty rude and argued a lot among themselves. The gal that checked me in seemed like I was inconveniencing her for showing up to my appointment. The girl doing my exam was in training and kept getting into power struggles with the lady training her. I felt ignored and neglected as they talked about me like I wasn't there. They put three sets of drops in my eyes, but failed to explain that they were dilating my eyes and I'd have blurry vision for a few hours. Even if this is common practice I do not get my eyes checked often and did not realize that this was something they often did. Looking at the doctor I saws credentials I don't doubt they have some great knowledge and have helped a lot of folks. I just think the team needs to learn to work together and communicate with the patient.

Willie Harvell

Alwas does a great job.

Julee Kramer

Gus was a kind and helpful salesman. I appreciate the customer service I received getting my glasses repaired.

Moe Fagundes

Great service. Very caring staff

Collin Randall

This is an update from a previous 3 star review: so, 2 weeks after I order contacts, I CALL THEM BACK to see if they are in. Not only are they not in, but the tech, the receptionist and the Doctor lied to me that they were ever ordered. I thought something was fishy when they didn't do a TOPO on my eye since they have to for this contact lens, I inquired and was assured three seperate times it was taken care of. Two weeks later they tell me they were never ordered because I need a different type of contact lens that I have tried, and cannot wear, due to the topography of my eye. They tell me they will call me back with more information, 24 hours later ...no call. This place STOLE my money. They took money for an eye exam, didn't perform it correctly and didn't order a set of contacts. If their reason is that they don't think they will work for me, fine, then why didn't I have that discussion the day of or the week of or the month of my appointment. This place has collapsed since the care team changed over. My wait past my appointment time was 40 minutes, other people in the waiting room left after an hour of waiting past their appointment times. They don't deliver on their services and they don't communicate with their patients. The only thing they do well is take your money at the end of the visit. If you don't believe me look at the other reviews on here. Three years ago this was THE place to go. Now every other review says the same thing. Long wait times and poor service from smiling faces.

Dick Dunsbergen

My appointment was for 8 am and my normal practice is to arrive a few minutes early. I checked in at the welcome desk and was immediately taken back to an examination waiting room. I probably only waited for 5 minutes and was taken in and given my vision examination by a very cordial technician and then escorted to Dr Miller's examination room. I had barely sat down and Dr Miller came in and immediately began her portion of the examination. Then explained her findings to me and I was then headed out, done. I looked at my watch and it was 8:17 and I thought WOW. I have to give high marks for this experience...

James Kapptie

Unfortunately I won't be going here. My significant other went there, they dilated eyes before getting contacts, than made her come back and she sat for an hour waiting. If it was a resteraunt, they would give you your meal for free.... Not impressed

John Picot

On time, looked after at all points. Knew exactly what was and will be taking place. Listened too along with an extremely efficient team of professionals. Dr James Cole was our Doctor, a very amiable person, very thoughtful and thorough. That is why they get the 5 star rating as they treated us with 5 star service.

Randy Vickers

I was a patient of Dr Johnston's father more than 50 years ago and Dr Miller currently. The staff has always exceeded my expectations. They are great!

Gloria Rotner

I was terribly disappointed with the care that I received at Cheyenne Eye Clinic. My reading eyeglasses prescription was incorrectly assessed which made my reading eyeglasses incorrect. I had to be re-evaluated and new reading eyeglasses made. Also, my "regular" eyeglasses (not just for reading) were not made right so one lens had to be remade.

Russ Oestringer

Very professional, prompt service. Friendly & caring personal all the way through the system. I would Highly recommend this Eye Care Clinic to anyone . Five Star all the way... Russ-O...

Linda Jessee

Felt safe and cared for by experience professionals.

Bertun Stokes

If you have Heart or Breathing problem and need eye surgery, Save yourself time and money and go to Ft. Collins. Co . Don't go to Cheyenne Eye Clinic and Suryical Center, after 3 1/2 months they tell me, OH we can't help you here go to Ft. Collins, so now I have to wait until the middle of July just to see the Doctor there, meanwhile I'm seeing Doubles

Tina Griffith

Very professional and courteous staff. Best eye exam I have ever had.

Leonard Bowman

Very disappointing. Dr. Nottage did not care about my specific issues, she did not even listen to my concerns, and did not address any of them. This outfit is out for insurance money, they didn't care about me.

Shauna Hensala

Cheyenne Eye Clinic is a great place for eye/vision care. They treat maladies of the eye as well as providing vision correction.

Donna Fisher

I had been a patient for over 50 years, but recently had my records switched to a clinic in Fort Collins. Dr. Nottage notified me in April that my cataracts were ready to be removed . I returned in August (after another minor surgery) for pre-op examination, and was treated so rudely by this provider that I decided to take my care elsewhere. She refused to explain the options in lenses, she was offended when I inquired about her experience, she gave me no confidence at all that this surgery would help my vision. I opted to find a surgeon who was more helpful and positive about my condition. I have been VERY HAPPY with that new provider.

Sandy Warvi

Dr. Miller has several times demonstrated concern and compassion for my needs and concerns. I am fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Jane Love

The most caring people, great staff and they truly are concerned about your eye health. They are quite on time with everything as well.

George T Spettigue

My family have been patients of Cheyenne Eye Clinic for over 16 years, ever since we moved to Cheyenne. We are very impressed by the quality of their doctors and their staff, both medical and administrative. One of the advantages of the clinic is that they are a full service, one stop medical eye facility. We began seeing them for treatment for our son's strabismus eye condition. As an aging individual, I started my annual check ups with a regular opthamologist, became pre-glaucoma, was moved to a glaucoma specialist, developed a retinal problem, was seen and treated by their retinal specialist and am now back with my glaucoma specialist, all in familiar surroundings. It is a feeling of family around there! Additionally, they have a full eye surgery center in place so that your opthamologist can perform both regular and laser eye surgery in a familiar setting. I have utilized the surgery facility on 4 occasions and my wife once, with her cataract surgery to come. We are just very comfortable with Cheyenne Eye Clinic, which is important in your health care choices. Joseph, one of the front desk scheduling technicians, recently performed an extraordinary service as I had a rather complex appointment scheduled in December. My wife began complaining of blurred vision, so I called Joseph to see if she could take my December appointment. He spent considerable time rescheduling my complex appointment for January so that my wife could utilize my December Friday appointment. It turned out that she had a serious retinal problem and they were able to schedule her for surgery the following Monday, 3 days later. That kind of service is priceless! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Darlene Kirkpatrick

It's a very busy clinic, and sometimes the wait goes past the appointment time. But all in all, I am satisfied with the service and the medical care.

David Hunt

My eye problem started on a weekend, nothing unusual about that. I called on Sunday morning and got a call back within 30 min. The doctor was very helpful and said to call in a few days if prescribed drops didn't take care of problem. I had to call on Tuesday and was able to see doctor in 20 min. My dealings with Cheyenne Eye Clinic over the past 20+ years have always been great.

Rodonna Reed

Both my husband and I have had excellent service and care by the doctors and staff. We are happy to be back in Cheyenne so that we can continue to receive their care.

CHUCK FOLEY

JOB WELL DONE...IN/OUT IN A RELATIVELY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.QUALITY WORK ETHICS AND DETAIL IN ALL PHASES OF EXAM.

Timothy Tyler

The doctors and staff at Cheyenne Eye Clinic are exceptional! They have taken care of all my daughter's eye care needs for the last 5 years, and I am currently consulting with them for potential lasik surgery for myself.

Gerald Radden

My wife, Wilma, required a follow-up on previous cataract surgery at an awkward moment last fall; we had travel plans that necessitated immediate attention by an opthamatologist. Her optomotrist arranged a contact with Cheyenne Eye Clinic, where an appointment was made and the preliminaries were completed by phone. The trip to Cheyenne was longer than the time in the waiting room, an examination, and laser surgery. Dr. Cole postponed his lunch hour to see that her needs were met with courtesy, professional performance, and immediate quality results. We were called in two days for a follow-up. Great satisfaction!

dragonpd

Friendly staff, Dr. Ann Miller is simply amazing. I have no insurance and they have worked with me. I live in Casper and go to Cheyenne by choice. They are excellent.

Jessica Hiett

Called for an estimate on an eye exam and they hung up on me. What a way to bring in new customers.

Mike Brown

I have been a long time (20+ years) patient of CEC and have found their service excellent. I encourage anyone looking for first class eye care to give them a try.

Vanessa Carlson

The staff here are rude. Dr. Miller is rude. They are not personable at all. They are never on time, if you have trouble walking distances this is not the place to go. They walk you from one waiting room to the next and than you wait all day. I wouldn't refer anyone to this place.

Lisa Hancock

Very expensive, staff is not friendly, front desk help is not professional, we won't go back.

bethany templeman

I enjoyed my experience. Everything was great.

Gary Gorny

We have been going to CEC for years. The doctors are excellent and the staff is always friendly and helpful. You would have to look a long way to find better.

Mark&T Simpson

When I set the appointment I specifically asked if they would require us to come back for a follow-up to get our contact prescription, since it was an hour drive each way. I was told no follow-up would be required. When I got there the tech told me that Dr. Nottage was the only Dr in the office that required a follow-up and that was the Dr I was scheduled with. I was bullied and made to feel like I didn't care about my eyes because I slept in my contacts. Dr. Nottage was condescending and rude. I noticed that my glasses prescription had the wrong last name on it, when i asked for it to be corrected the tech she rolled her eyes. They knew we had to drive back home but insisted on dilating our eyes, so we had to wait a few more hours to drive home. After an excruciating 2 hours & $70 (after insurance) we were finally released from optomology hell, but still no contact prescription.

Jody Gostas

I was told my vision couldn't be corrected to 20/20 until I had cataract surgery BUT I didn't know I had cataracts. I would like to know if the cataracts just developed or were they there in December 2017 when I had my last eye exam. Thank you.

Jodi Heinzen

They are running significantly behind schedule. They also always do dross for dilation for children everytime with no undilation drops. Another provider in town is able to do same exam and less evasive in a fun kid friendly atmosphere.

Marla Muirbrook

went a year ago was fine Marla

Ed Boenisch

Staff and doctors are competent as well as personal and professional. Accommodating with appointments and seen on time. Questions answered and concerns thoroughly explained and addressed. Highly recommend.

Richard Diggins

I had a lasik eval scheduled that they had called and canceled. Explaining a physical condition I have unrelated to my eyes. After reading into it the condition it has little to no effects on ones eyes. I asked the nurse about this and she called me back regurgitating with the Dr. had told her to say. They doctor refused to see me, assess my current condition or even have the decency to call me herself so that if I did have questions, she may be able to answer them. I would be ok if after examining or talking with my regular physician she turned me down but after knowing almost nothing about my condition she denied me. To Fort Collins we go! Which is a shame, I do love keeping my money local.

Cathy Fox

I have been going to Cheyenne Eye Clinic for quite a number of years! They have always been wonderful in my care. What I love the most about the office and all of the staff is how professional they are as well they all dress like professionals as well

Vicki Lee Moxley

I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Pearce. He explained things to me that no one has explained previously. He has an excellent bed-side manner.

Bonnie Legerski

When we moved back to Cheyenne 13 years ago, we were happy to find Cheyenne Eye Clinic with the type of eye doctors we were looking for.

Marilyn Kenny

My eye examine went as scheduled, on time. The personnel at Cheyenne eye clinic were friendly and very helpful. . Dr Miller gave me a complete eye exam and answered all my questions.

Morris Gardner

Dr.miller and staff provide exceptional care for my eye care needs.

Aloma Gourlay

I have been going to Cheyenne rye clinic to Dr. Johnson for years and will not change. I trust only Johnson with my eyes.

Roderick Brand

The appointment went well - everyone was cheerful and professional.

JIM Case

Top notch doctors and personnel. I have had two cataract surgeries and one vitrectomy, and care and expertise could not have been better. I am picky about medical care, but i completely trust the Cheyenne Eye Clinic.

JhaRee Miller

Frustrating that they will not give me my children's records even though they are prescriptions that I brought to them in the first place from another clinic.

G Davis

I had my LASIK done here by Dr. Nottage because she is a cornea specialist. I would recommend going to see her to anyone! All the Doctors at Cheyenne eye clinic are excellent they sometimes get busy because they are the only ophthalmologists in Cheyenne and provide very comprehensive service but they are worth the wait.

Kathie Lenhardt

Andrew Walters

Friendly staff. Doctors knowledgeable in their specialty. Professional and clean facilities.

John Sheppard

The staff is awesome. They know what they are doing, prices are the best in the area I had a problem or two and they went above and beyond to fix them. I had to move from the area and really do miss their get customer service.

Jim Osterfoss

Professional friendly and caring from the time you make an appointment until you walk out the door with your new glasses, I was impressed.

Nick Schafer

Cheynne Eye Clinic performed in an excellent manner before and after my cataract surgery. I give them my highest recommendation!

charlene elmstrand

Always great.

Barry Gordon

Made a initial appointment contact appointment over the phone for my daughter about a month out. When we showed up we were told that we had only been scheduled for an initial patient appointment and would have to reschedule the contact fit appointment. They rescheduled for the next morning at 730 which was nice but then I had to miss more work to get this done. When we showed up the next day we had to stand out in the cold until 3 minutes after her appointment was supposed to start. The workers inside were filling their coffee and water in the lobby and noticing us standing outside in the cold and then just looking away and ignoring us. Little frustrated by the scheduling issue and being left outside when told that appointment was at 730.

Richard Lauer

A double vision problem arose in my vision about two weeks ago as I was driving home from the grocery store. I thought it would go away on it's own, but no luck. After two days of not leaving the house I called the Cheyenne Eye Clinic for help. They were very responsive. At my appointment the next day the Clinic performed numerous eye exams & tests. Dr. Nottage put together a plan to correct the problem. My surgery was scheduled for the next week. It went smoothly. All the folks at the Cheyenne Eye Clinic know their roles in providing a good experience and great vision care. I am in the healing process now. My thanks go to Dr Nottage and all the friendly employees at the Cheyenne Eye Clinic.

Suzanne Roberts

When I suffered a retinal tear, Dr. Johnston and his staff at Cheyenne Eye Clinic took fantastic care of me. I was able to get in to see Dr. Johnston immediately, he scheduled my surgery for the next morning, and soon had my eye fixed. Dr. Johnston is an excellent ophthalmologist, and I feel fortunate that he was there for me.

MILT GREEN

Great Dr & really great results

Geri Nalder

I have the greatest respect for both Dr. Johnston and Dr. Pearce. They are very professional and friendly. Sometimes my appointment runs behind schedule and the waiting room is most often full but the care I receive is second to none. I hate to see Dr. Johnston retire but the clinic will be left in great hands. I am relying on Dr. Pearce to continue with my eye care in his place. I have now found out that Dr. Pearce will be leaving to go back to Michigan. I wish him the best and really hate to see him leave but I know I will still be in good hands at the Cheyenne Eye Clinic.

Hank Neubauer

My daughter and I have both had eye surgeries at the Clinic. We had the most excellent care and have recommended the clinic to a number of people. Doesnt get any better! Very compassionate staff. Annita Neubauer Shirley Bower

Don Rudisuhle

I have been a patient of the Cheyenne Eye Clinic for over 20 years. During this time I have had excellent care from Dr. Johnston and Dr. Miller. The clinic operates like clockwork with virtually no waiting time to see the technicians and the doctors. Highly recommended.

Carol Jansen

Staff is friendly and my wait was short, even between tests. My previous two great physicians retired and I now see another physician who is equally thorough.

Marilyn Godfrey

Everyone at the clinic was friendly and took great care of getting me in and out quickly. Would highly recommend the Cheyenne Eye Clinic for any eye/glasses needs.

Rich Wiederspahn

I enjoy the professionalism at the Cheyenne Eye Clinic. No long wait times, highly professional and friendly staff.

Joanne Gonsalves

Cheyenne Eye Clinic is the best. The doctors are thorough, patient and kind. They are a very busy office, so a small wait is inevitable, but it's worth it to get such great care. The staff is great and work hard to get you the appointment you need. They will continue to be my go-to place for all my eye care.

andrew mcmahon

I have been going here for years. Good service.

Linda Allison

The staff was very polite and professional. They were able to get my son in the next day as a new patient, as his glasses had been destroyed and he couldn't see clearly without them. The gal that assisted us with finding new eyeglasses was super helpful and promised to try and rush the order as quickly as she could. The front office staff was able to answer my questions on my new eye insurance, and helped put my mind at ease. I am very satisfied with the care I have received and my son has received from their eye professionals.

Kathy Amrine

I recently visited the optical department at Cheyenne Eye Clinic. Drew did an amazing job of taking care of me. He is concerned and caring and is very knowledgable in making sure that your glasses fit perfectly.

Janet Calkins

All of my appointments over the years at Cheyenne Eye Clinic have been thorough, comfortable and complete. Any concerns are answered with promptness and courtesy. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Ron Van Voast

As always, I received prompt, courteous, and professional assistance and care at Cheyenne Eye Clinic. 5 Stars.

sharyn guthridge

I have been going to Cheyenne Eye Clinic for many years. ALL of the personnel are competent, professional and friendly. My eye care has been as good or better than anywhere in the nation.

Pj Hachmann

Everyone on the Staff was very personable. I was helped in a very timely manner and the Eye Dr, Doctor David Smith, explained all the necessary details to me. I will be back in a year.

MALINDA R Allen

Very pleased with the care I was given for a procedure. Very professional and informative. I will return again.

Patti Ridley

We have used them for years but never again. They made an appointment for my husband. We rearranged both our schedules so he could be there . When he arrived they sent him away, said he didn't have an appointment . When I called to try and find out what was going on, the office staf treated me like I was imagining things. They kept saying they would call me back when they figured out what had happened. They never called back so I called them back to see if I could make him another appointment. They said it would be in October. Since this is July, I'd say we will be seeing a different Dr in a different location.

Lisa Coleman

I showed up on time for my 8am appointment, just a one week contact check back. Despite being the first appointment of the day, I waited about twenty minutes to see the technician. After that, I was placed back in the waiting room until well after 9am when another technician came with my signed prescription and told me she didn't know why they had me sitting there. Is there not a standard procedure here? Is there no communication? I also was a customer many years ago and paid for a “one time contact fitting fee.” However they’ve changed systems since then so I once again paid for a “one time contact fitting fee,” even though they acknowledged that I was a previous contact lens customer. During my original appointment Dr. Hubbard went so far to roll her eyes at me when I didn't have a spare pair of contacts with me to wear home after they threw away the pair I wore in. Abysmal customer service. I do not recommend, and I will not be back.

wyomslady

The staff is excellent and I would recommend them

Fabulous Clinic! Dr.Miller is the best. I drive from Fort Collins to get excellent care. Recommend without reservation.

Pam Pallak

My visit was fine. I didn't have excessive waiting times in between who I saw and wad treated well.

Kacy Lundquist

Charging me $30 for a contact fitting fee when it was just an exam. I didn't try any contacts on, I wasn't "fitted" for anything.

Marcia Henry

NO long wait time. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Kellie Moser

I felt like a number here.... the doctor (Miller) was stern and with me for about 3 minutes. Not going back.

Laurel Tootell

Dr. Miller referred me to a retina specialist on Monday. On Saturday I had my first treatment. Thanks Dr. Miller for being such a conscientious doctor.

Denyse Drummond

Had my yearly exam this week and met my new doctor. Exam with the technician was routine and every other year, anyone knows who has glasses/contacts you get your eyes dilated for cataracts. When I checked out they charged me $30 for "contact fitting". I've been wearing the same type for over 5 years; no change in prescription. They didn't do anything extra. Just wanting an extra charge for more money. I paid $30 for a new prescription. I don't buy my contacts through them. I use 1-800-contacts. What a scam since the new doctors took over; extra charges for more money. Going someplace else.

Robin Inman

I had an emergency situation. The Eye clinic was able to work me in, and I received both excellent service and follow-up care.

Edward Strader

My technician was Christina. I liked her. She seemed thorough and was informative. I did not know Dr. Bowman was a woman until I met her. I liked her. I hope s;he stays with the clinic.

My primary reason for going to Cheyenne Eye Clinic was Randy Johnston. His father had been my "eye doc" for many years and his pride in Randy's education and skills were exemplary. I have always appreciated Randy's calm assurances and immense knowledge. Though coming primarily because of Dr. Johnston, I have found the entire staff to be courteous and efficient and appreciative the friendliness that is displayed throughout. In Dr. Johnston's absence, please continue to offer the quality of service that I have come to enjoy.

Mike Edwards

This is by far the best eye clinic in Cheyenne I really can't say enough good things about this place

Craig McPhie

Danna Williams

Lee Lynn

Their service is always courteous and and my treatment always excels.

Gary Viner

Having worn 3/8" glasses since 2nd grade and contacts from 18-64 years old , it took 2 cataracts and wonderful surgical results by Dr. Ann Miller to give me perfect UNCORRECTED vision for the first time in my life! It was like having a whole different outlook on life (pun intended). Dr. Miller even called me several times at home to discuss what we should do with the different types of lens implants I wanted and the best way to go about restoring my vision. If a 66 year old is allowed a new hero, it would be Dr. Ann Miller and the entire Cheyenne Eye Clinic!

H Remster

Very happy with the services you provide. We will be continuing patients!

Ron Powers

Very professional, thorough, competent and welcoming. Highly recommended

Lori Schmidt

Gus is amazing. thank you so much for your help. My glasses are like new

Frank Hoelzeman

Courteous staff, knowledgeable as well as no significant delays on any of my visits. I would definitely recommend Cheyenne Eye Clinic to anyone that is new to the area or needs a new eye doctor.

Tina Banks

Love the doctors never been treated bad here.

Laurie Johnson

I was seen promptly. The tech who saw me first was friendly, courtious and professional. Dr. Johnston, as always, was great about answering questions and explaining my condition and status. Every person I have ever had contact with at Cheyenne Eye Clinic has been nothing less than 5 star.

Marilyn Kersting

I have been very pleased with Cheyenne Eye Clinic. They are pretty much on time with appts. and very pleasant to deal with. Dr. Miller is very good and explains things well to you.

Beverly Greathouse

Fantastic, compassionate, and intelligent!

William Besselievre

Rating of recent visits: Very Poor. Previous visits: Seemingly satisfactory. Recent Visits: The oculist initially provided an incorrect lens for my left eye. Although the optic of the lens he gave me was not close to the prescription given him, he provided the lens despite (supposedly) checking it. A second examination not only revealed that the oculist improperly provided a lens that was not in accord with the initial prescription, but also the initial prescription itself was wrong. The optometrist, who performed the initial exam, had claimed that I could not expect 20-20 vision with new lenses. This seemingly belied the clarity I experienced during the optometry exam. He also prescribed a lens with an astigmatism in my left eye -- an astigmatism that a 2nd examination found did not exist. After the 2nd examination, I received new lenses (progressive and reading lenses). They are not satisfactory. Distant vision (using glasses) with my left eye is imperfect. Driving is uncomfortable. Reading vision with my left eye is not improved. Although I read a great deal, I normally do not use the new and expensive reading glasses for reading. The Cheyenne Eye Clinic is not a discount store. I believe that closer patient-ophthalmologist discussions might have resulted in a more satisfactory prescription that better met my reading and driving needs.

I was referred to Cheyenne Eye Clinic after having cataract surgery by another eye physician quite a few years ago. They found I had wet macular degeneration and I was seen by Dr. Randall Johnston. I have been his patient for a number of years and have complete faith in everything he has done for me. The staff at the clinic have always been equally helpful and I've found appointments to be taken care of in a timely manner.

Scott Lewis

I have been a patient at Cheyenne Eye Clinic for over 30 years. They always provided excellent routine care and surgical care. They are caring professionals and I would not consider moving my care elsewhere.

Jami Hitesman

My apt was at 2:40. They called me back at 3:23.. the tech went over all the test and again I went in a waiting room at 4:14 and finally when it looked like everyone was about to leave for the day they called me back at 4:56... I work in a clinic so I understand things can get behind, over scheduling the dr, emergencies, etc... but not one person either time I was waiting said anything to me about why they were running behind or don't worry we didn't forget about you. The only Reason I will go back is because they are the only clinic in why that has a dr that specializes in Keratoconus.

Dallas Wade

Great care by both Dr. Johnston & Dr. Miller. Both are professional & knowlegable. Will miss Dr. Johnston, since he is retiring. Wish him the best. Also, the rest of the staff were great.
