This is a great eye facility . I had two cataracts done here and the whole process was perfect They do really fine follow up appts, The lenses I got were great. The people are nice and treat you well. I would definitely recommend this office.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Kim Berrell. I highly recommend her. She is a highly skilled and a brilliant Dr. Her office is beautiful and her staff is very proficient. I have had cosmetic botox and fillers in the past and she is by far the very best. I highly recommend her!

No stars! You don't deserve even one after today. My son and I have been going here for 18 years. They decided to move their office but didn't tell me when I scheduled an appointment so I was 10 minutes late. I called them 20 minutes before to say I'd be late but since they didn't answer I left voicemail indicating I'd be late and then had to google where they were. When I arrived they told me I had to reschedule. They claimed it was my fault for being late and they said 'the doctor has too many complex medical issues.' This is all after 18 years of my business. I will make sure everyone knows how rude this business has become. With so many choices, take your business elsewhere!

Front office staff are friendly and efficient. A bit weird that this business does both cosmetic procedures and vision (don't know how those two are related at all) but I've had great experiences as far as vision. I came in today for a repair on my glasses that had accidentally gotten bent, and 5 minutes later I walked out with perfectly straight glasses and a protective case, free of charge. Great customer service.

Went to this office to have my eyes checked with dilation and ended up being evaluated by Dr Kim Burrell for lasik. The office staff are very friendly especially Mike and Carol. I had a great experience with the optical department as they helped me pick out new frames for the glasses I had to where prior to my Lasik surgery. I had the surgery and wonder why I didn't get it years ago! I highly recommend a visit to this office if you are looking for a Dr that can perform the latest technology Lasik surgery. The office building is gorgeous and practically new. Parking is a bit difficult sometimes, but the location is convenient.

Had a prescription outdated by about two years - the Centennial Eye Associates were recommended on my vision insurance homepage. Everyone I encountered in the office was friendly, professional, and willing to listen/answer my questions. The front staff spent almost a full hour with me assisting with choosing frames and lenses according to my insurance coverage, as well as helping me with my first time putting in and taking out contacts. All around good experience, thanks for the help today!

I wanted to get an Doctor closer to my house with great selection of lenses. I have stopped in to speak with someone. I was met at the front by the admin with red or burgundy hair. The whole time we talked she never asked about me and what I wanted. Just about how expensive the glasses were. Also asking why I was switching because they have pricey frames. I get it. You don’t think I can afford your office. I will find someone else.

My husband has been a patient in this office for many years. He raved about the doctors! My daughter and I were in need of a new eye doctor and I decided we'd go to the same office as my husband. He warned me that the front office staff would not be to my liking! He was right! The doctors and the back office staff are wonderful. The front office? Well they need some refining. If it weren't for Tiffany going out of her way to help me the other day I would've taken my business elsewhere. As a health care provider myself I know that the front office is first and last contact. Those two contacts are most important to patient satisfaction. This office has very good doctors and I will continue to go here in hopes that the front figures some things out about customer service. But my patience has been tested for sure!

Dr. Stumpf is great, very friendly. He always suggests lower cost options, and is the only doc I've ever seen that comes into the waiting room to get you. Staff is very friendly while being very busy.

A while back I called for a replacement set of eyeglasses. They ordered prescription sunglasses instead. So I had them reorder. Got reading glasses. Told them to reorder. When my new glasses came in, I told them that I would purchase the sunglasses also. I could use a second pair and it would save them from taking too big of a hit. So recently I called about a replacement nose pad (small little thing, right?) They told me that the frames were discontinued but I could buy new frames for full price. Sorry, but I'm now going elsewhere.
