Dr. Frankel, it's time to retire. My Mother received her new Rx from Dr. Frankel and couldn't see well at all, after another visit, his response," Just wear your old glasses". A competent Dr. examined her explained, "No wonder she can't see, this Rx is all wrong. Thanks for NOTHING Dr. Frankel. Aloof arrogance is unbecoming, ineptitude is unacceptable. The "owner" has commented that I was rude to the staff, the only staff was Dr. Frankel. Avoid this place like the plague. An honest REVIEW has been submitted. The actual patient will never return.
