Incredible service. I was here in the area for the Monterey Jazz Festival and I stepped on my glasses popping out the lens. I called and got right in to the the optical specialist. She straighten the frames and refitted the lens, cleaned the glass and my vacation was back on track. Stellar service with a smile.

I was referred by my primary physician to get a tiny cyst removed from my upper eyelid with Dr. Penn. The receptionist booked an appt with the optometrist who I thought was an eye surgeon specialist who could take care of the cyst. What a waste of time. She just gave me an eye exam which I stated I just had one and you can call my optometrist for the results. The Eye MD optometrist said she could not remove it nor could Dr. Penn remove the cyst. They charged me for the visit knowing they could not help me and they waisted my time. I was totally mislead by the receptionist. After paying the copay and my insurance paid for this bogus unfruitful waste of time appt the office still sent me another bill. When I got home I removed the cyst myself with one eyed closed. These eye doctors are no specialist. Please don't waste your precious time going to this eye care facility. They just want your copay and your insurance to pay for a visit that does not do anything toward eye care. They are truly scraping at the bottom of the barrel trying to keep their office afloat with numerous front desk staff leaning on the walls looking totally bored waiting for customers to walk in. Don't be duped by walking into this eye care facility. They are not about eye care they are about fraudulently taking your insurance money and copay... Beaware and don't dare let your eyes be at the mercy of this Eye MD office.
