Dr. Willett provided great service. Very friendly, personable and professional. Everyone I encountered at Eye Care Ark, Pa were great. Update: I was quoted a self-pay price at another eye clinic of $175 for what I needed done. After I was told this clinic accepted my insurance and paid my $50 co-pay, I was sent a bill for $300. The issue was a referral. After getting the referral sent from my PCP and talking with someone at the clinic. I have been sent another bill for $300. After putting drops in my eye the Doctor took a q-tip and wiped an object out of my eyelid. I have had this same thing done twice before at another clinic and the Doctor charged me $25 each time.
