When I made the appointment and the lady on the phone was very nice. The morning of my appointment, I get ready and drive there to see a sign on the door “closed due to Illness” I was never called to reschedule or to be told about this. Unprofessional!

West Little Rock Eye Care is my regular eye doctor and I am always very satisfied, however, recently, I was traveling out of town when my only set of contacts tore. I normally travel with a spare set, but I had completely forgotten this time. The office staff worked so well with another eye doctor out of town to get me into a set of contacts! They were even having computer issues and were able to text me a print out of my prescription. Thank you so much for going above and beyond! I sincerely appreciate it!

Excellent experience. Had an appointment last week and already received my glasses. Dr. Johnson exceeded my expectations and the staff was great. The clinic has had an uplift and looks good. Glasses lady is hot. I will be going back.

When I first came there for my glasses and pick some out they didn't have that particular color but I need my glasses for a test in a Few days So the lady was nice enough to let me borrow the same glasses but with a different color frame And Said that they would be in in about a week after that I can exchange them Well it has been over 2 months and i Still haven't received my glasses yet and every time I call or visit its the same story that they don't have them in stock or their computer system .NEVER AGAIN!!

My experience at west little rock eye care was phenomenal. Reception was friendly and polite. Dr Jamie was very kind and knowledgeable. He didn't talk down, he joked but was professional. This was a wonderful experience. This is my new eye care home

Im not sure how anyone could leave disappointed. I use Dr. Johnson for all of my family's vision exams. Picking out glasses are never easy but those girls make sure that the frame fits and looks good.

Don't read the old poor reviews. This is a new business/practice. The Optometrist/staff is extremely caring. My new glasses are great. Much better quality than online stores IMO.

I am not sure where the old reviews came from. Dr. Johnson is very thorough and his staff is amazing. I scratched my year old glasses and they warranted them. They are professional with humor!!! Yay! Go there you will not be disappointed!

The doctor is very charming, funny, and he knows his stuff! I had read on previous reviews that the staff was not very helpful, but we decided to try this place out. I'm glad we did! The staff was friendly and helped me find a new style of glasses that fit my face.
