If I could give a zero I would. I am in from out of state, and I am badly in need of a left contact lens. I explained this to the receptionist, I offered to buy one, I have a valid prescription from my eye doctor. She spoke with the eye doctor, they would not help me. So much for caring about people.

The first visit, everyone was friendly and very nice but when we had to go back because of issues with a first time glasses wearer, the attitude was completely different rather than trying to help with possible problems. They didn't even write the appointment down that they gave me and acted like I didn't have one. This sets a bad example for my child for future dealings with businesses. I guess it is one of those places where you spend money, everything is good but when you have a problem, they don't want you any more. Next time we will go somewhere else.
